Poor construction, great breakfast
Generally a new hotel, but the quality of construction is absolutely sub-standard even compared to other hotel in Amman, a real shame. The handle of the bathroom door fell off when opening it, every silicone seal in the bathroom was so sloppily smeared on it looks just unclean. But a real damper was the view - premium rooms face inside a mall, which is lit up brightly all night. No natural light, just odd. Breakfast was the highlight, lovely attendants, nice view, super selection of food.

Good hotel, terrible laundry service
Hotel was good, staffs were professional, but terrible laundry service. Due to long business trip, I ordered laundry service from hotel. After the laundry service, several of my cloth were damaged (buttons were missing). The manager fixed one of my shirt, but when I came back home, I discovered other shirts with buttons were also damaged. Good hotel with close proximity to a mall, but don't use the laundry service.

Left after 1 night of 2 night reservation. The hotel is attached to a mall - the room windows look into the inside of the noisiest mall in the world. Also inside the mall is the open elevator shafts for the hotel. So even after the mall closed around midnight, the elevators made incredible noise that echoed in the empty mall. To make matters worse, some kind of moving/renovation work was going on on the floor above all night - furniture moving/sliding on floor making noise. Bed was entirely too firm, with 4 firm pillows (rather than 2 firm, 2 soft like some places). Did not sleep, and I do not recommend this hotel. Place is clean, staff is friendly.

Worst Greedy Hotel
Worst greedy 5 star hotel, prioritised profit over customers comfort. When we made the booking, it clearly shows that it has air conditioning, however when we checked in, we were told no Air conditioning as it is winter. However, the room was at 24 / 25 C, terrible warm to sleep comfortably and to make things worse they provide thick comforter that is more suitable for 19 / 20 C temperature instead of warm 24 C. Without the Air conditioning function, there is no way to cool down and regular the temperature control in the room. 1st the team lies by saying they have turn on the AC function and asked to wait, after 30 mins, nothing. Then the pretended to do something by sending the maintenance guy to come check the fan, obviously no improvement. Then I asked for Manager, that pretend night Manager has no clue that when the window is opened, the fan function will auto off, clueless guy. After wasting 2 and half hours with them, the pretend night Manager tried to offer us another room saying that the room is cooler and the fan works better. Another lie. When I went to that room, the maintenance guy quickly closed the window. Of course the room will be cooler that instant, but that will only be temporarily. I did not fall for their tricks and refused to switch rooms and waste time as it was already after 10 pm. The pretend night Manager then told me that is the best he can do and left. Not giving up, I asked them to bypass the window sensor and taped open a small gap on the window
