A éviter absolument... cet Hôtel est fermé !

J'avais une réservation pour le mercredi 19 novembre. Je suis arrivé à 19h00 et resté jusqu'à 20h00. L'hôtel était fermé. Pas de personnel. Pas de véhicule sur le parking... Comme si l'établissement était fermé définitivement. APrès avoir appelé HOTEL.COM, j'ai du trouver un hôtel par moi-même au dernier moment. C'est véritablement scandaleux et je ne compte pas en rester là...

Hotel fermé définitivement ?

Séjour catastrophique: l'hôtel est fermé et ne fonctionne plus (failitte) et cette situation de fait n'est pas indiquée sur le site hotel.com, ce qui a posé d'énormes problèmes organisationnels le jour de notre arrivée (tardive de surcroît). Il est donc urgent qu'hotel.com retire l'hôtel de la liste...

Friendly Staff

Great location to huge Equestrian Centre, walking distant. Stayed there for the World Pony Championships 2013. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The beds very great. Also close to the airport.

Le Luy du Bearn

1 nuit passée dans cet hotel à l'occasion d'un mariage. Situé dans une petite zone d'activité, au bord d'un rond-point, isolation phonique perfectionnable,... Correct pour le tarif et le temps passé. En revanche, je ne suis pas certains que j'y passerai une semaine de vacances.

LeLuy de Bearn

We loved this little locally-owned hotel. The staff was small, but friendly and nice. Most spoke some Engish, but all were ok with me practicing my assez bon French on them. The food was good, and the prix fixe menu was a great deal. For 8 euro, I thought there should be eggs or a little more protein on the breakfast bar, but what was there was really good. They have a pool and a pool table and two big dogs that are very friendly. It seems like a business person's hotel, as there is very limited staff on the weekend (and only one other family staying there!), There's not much around, but you are only 15 minutes from Pau and every restaurant you'd need. There's a decent Chinese restaurant, Mei Ling (really!) nearby and an outstanding pizza brasserie on the way to Pau. I'd stay here again for sure.

Luy Bearn, overpriced and basic

This hotel is a shabby prefabricated structure situated on an industrial estate on the outskirts of the city. the rooms were very basic with cheap fittings and virtually no amenities. The buffet breakfast was OK no more. My overriding view is that it is very overpriced and should be removed from your listings.
