Had a great stay here! The hotel is barebones but the location is amazing. Everything is a 10 minute walk away. The AC was perfect and the staff was amazing, so kind and helpful. The rooms are small but clean and well maintained, there are not any amenities but if you are looking for nice clean hotel so you can explore Florence this is a perfect choice!

The receptionist was very helpful and knows the area very well. He gives recommendations of bus stops, convenient stores, points of interest around the area. He was kind enough to carry our bags upstairs as well as give us some water since we walked from the train station and it was very hot. Their AC was superb and made a lot of difference when we are resting given how hot it is in florence right now

Loved our stay here! The location is amazing, walking distance to EVERYTHING. The staff is so incredible, helped us get our very heavy luggage up the stairs, provided a map and spent time with us marking out all the best places to go nearby. It is also a great value for the money, I would definitely stay here again.

I had a pleasant stay at this very centrally located hotel. The location is definitely one of its best features—there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and stores just steps away, making it very convenient to get around and explore the area. The room itself was quite basic, but clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. While it didn’t have many extras, it provided everything I needed.

The room was very clean and given us a good amount of space, however the building had many stairs, 20 stairs from door to reception, again 22 stairs to your room, consider with heavy bags if you are staying for a short period or if you have knee problems.
