Newly remodeled place. Super clean, great bed. Loved the set up, furniture, and really large rooms. Can’t recommend this place enough. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Great little place to stay close to Joshua Tree. It’s newly renovated, everything is new and the ambiance is prefect for the environment. Room was clean. Staff were very friendly. Food at the lobby was good, we had a burger and tots. We live locally and will be back!!

It was very quaint and quiet, close to Joshua Tree, cute town. Clean, simple but offered lots amenities; pool, hot tub, games, fire pit, lobby area had coffee, food and apparel.

Overall a nice place to stay. The inside is pretty modern. It is still a drive to joshua tree but enjoyed the room space. Even the fire pit in the morning was nice. The people are helpful and nice as well. Breakfast option is a bit limited and pricey but i guess being not in the city and out there its to be expected.

Nicely Renovated
This appears to be a former motel that was significantly renovated. The concrete floors were great, more places should do this. The beds were extremely comfortable and there's plenty of room for all of your stuff. Check in and check out was a breeze. Only areas for improvement are hot water was not very hot and didn't last long and you can hear just about everything around you, including when neighbors get their freak on at night.

Wonderful
This is a really nice and clean hotel. I appreciated the tile floor over carpet. The courtyard is beautiful with a great fire pit in the middle with a warm fire going strong. Beds were comfortable and the restrooms were clean. The lobby is relaxing and clean with a great coffee bar.

When I return, I’d like to stay longer.
It was relaxing visit. I had to work in the middle of the day and found the space perfect during this timeframe. Staff was very friendly at check in and out and the bonfire in the evenings was a very nice touch.

So perfect for short stays. Room is very clean and comfortable. Bed is difficult to leave in the morning. Don’t get too comfy because checkout is 10am but most are there to visit park so early starts are normal. The shared areas are modern, cleans and comfortable. Modern take on a roadside motel but with so much more. Had a great experience here and will look for more national options when the travelling this type of short break

Very good place to stay while enjoying Joshua Tree park for hikes etc. Room very comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. But missing comfortable chairs. Only one folding chair and a bench in the room, though there’s plenty of space. Also missed having a kettle for hot water

Much better than expected, will stay again.
Nicely updated cozy and very spacious room with a large and well maintained courtyard. The room floor was bare concrete so it’s nice to bring slippers. It’s a unique and different facility compared to ordinary hotels. We were glad we chose this place. Dog friendly facility.

Nice but needs a few tweaks before we stay again
This facility was very well taken care of and would definitely appeal to younger adults, especially those who are visiting Joshua Tree for hiking or rock climbing. There were adequate outside facilities for lounging and sufficient doggie dumping areas. For two "senior citizens" the room could have used a chair for watching television (the only TV-viewing seating other than the bed was a bench affixed to the wall under the TV), and the lights that were automatically on timers posed an issue for someone that was using the shower. The room was quite large in size, with plenty of elbow room, but the concrete floor was quite cold and required us to run the heater (which blew directly on the bed). With a few tweaks, this could be a place we would consider again.
