Value for money
Value for money. We needed extra service and called the Resorts many times beforehand but The Manager didn’t picked the phone.
When we arrived, we tried to speak to some to help us last minute but it seems most of the staff are a bit overworked and got too much to handle.
However, BIG THANKS to the (Curacao) Lady at the reception for her excellent customer service. Went overboard to see us happy, answered all the questions with smiles and always friendly whilst under pressure, your company is lucky to have you.
Thank you to Jefferson as well for looking after us, such a lovely professional guy. I appreciate you both.
