Nice place, but noise carries easily

This place is fairly nice, geared toward short or medium stay guests. The furnishings were decent, but basically IKEAlevel and comfort. The hallways inside the building could definitely use some carpeting to keep the noise level down as people are coming and going to their rooms. And we could easily hear people talking and arguing in the unit next door. The gate code did not work when we drove up, so we had to park and go through the building's front entry along the street in order to get to our unit and the key fobs for the gate to the parking lot.

No rest, thin walls, loud noises

The place is modern, clean and nice. good location. However, the walls are thin and ceiling. Sounds like elephants stopping around above you all day & night. The exterior doors opening and bangs shuts at all hours keeping you awake. If you plan on wanting to sleep and rest it is not going to happen at this place.

My wife inadvertently left her passport on the counter. She didn't realize until she was at the airport to go thru security. She immediately jumped in a cab and called Kasa. After a short hold, her call was answered. Explaining the situation she was told they would contact the a staff member on premises to allow access. Sitting outside the front door in a cab, a gentleman came out the door and asked if she was looking for a passport. Which he promptly handed to her. Quick response and very satisfactory. This situation could have turned out to be disaster. We really enjoyed our stay. Condo is pretty basic. Our only complaint would be the kitchen is not stocked well with cooking supplies. No mixing bowls for making salad or scrambling eggs.

The apartment was clean and spacious the only issues I had was the TV in the lounge kept turning off and the check in instructions weren’t very clear also whilst I was there the evacuation alarm went off in the middle of the night and I had no idea where the the evac area was as I didn’t see any instructions anywhere in the property. Overall my stay was very good.

As mentioned to the management, dishwasher leaked all over the floor, shower volume was so low that it was difficult to get wet,shower curtain was extremely short, causing water spillage on floor, previous tenant left trash in room, room smelled, and I checked under the bed and it was very dirty so I cleaned it myself, etc. Don’t like this place.

The Kasa Archive Shower Challenge

The property was very well kept and clean throughout. I had an uncomfortable showering experience in two different units. Both had small showers where the shower head couldn't be adjusted to allow showering comfortably. the shower head is too high, I could barely reach it. water stream at chest height and couldn't was lower extremities because I had my back up to the wall already, I compared it to an RV shower. The cancelation policy with Kasa or other 3rd parties isn't in visitors favor. They charge for parking withing the gates. property did try to accommodate the first stay by charging for an upgrade but was waived due to my complaint; the 2nd stay no offer was made nor shower issue addressed. The design is the issue. A handheld, or a more maneuverable head, or a 90 degree drop vs the 45 degree may be good solutions.

5/5, Amazingly Unique, Cozy and Incredibly Comfy

To say I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. I think like most people, I was worried about the lack of personnel on the property and the virtual nature of the hotel. But it was honestly quite a wonderful experience. The rooms were nice, cozy, comfy and clean. I was very happy that it was secured with a gate and codes to get into the building. It felt very safe and made us feel very comfortable staying in the downtown area. We came and stayed here during our wedding and they catered a little welcome gift for us for our stay and it was a great way to start our wedding vacation. It made us feel very valued as customers. I liked that when I asked questions by text that I was met with prompt answers. It made the virtualness of the stay feel easy. I think the only thing we didn’t like was that when it was the morning of check out, at 9am in the morning, someone was trying to get into our room (obviously a staff member seeing if they could start cleaning) but there was no knock and nothing stating on our end that we were checking out yet. We still had two hours left and it felt a little bit like an invasion of privacy. We even got a text while they were trying to get in stating that check out time was 11am so I’m not sure why they were trying to get in so early. Besides that, our stay was amazing and we will be staying again in the future

Very basic accommodations; sparsely furnished and decorated; extra charge for parking; too bad if you are beneath noisy tenants—little insulation between rooms. Only communication is via text, no personal contact. Room was clean but area rugs were filthy. A cat had been in the unit scratching the sofa and doing its business on the rugs.

Lo rentamos para fin de año y la verdad excelente, desde el acceso con codigo. Solamente es seguir instrucciones , tenia todo lo necesario para mis 4 dias de estancia. La zona muy segura, mucho mejor que estar en el centro . Con gusto regresare a hospedarme con ustedes . Pdt : El estacionamiento dentro de la propiedad es de paga y te piden una retencion en garantia o un pago anticipado , para que lo tomen en cuenta.

We are a family of 4 visiting my brother who lives in Reno. I appreciated 2 bathrooms and 2 separate bedrooms. It was nice making breakfast in our kitchen. I used the clothes washer and dryer every day. The 24 hour gym was convenient. We used the hot tub several times. The virtual front desk was very responsive. Kasa Archive was located close to the airport and the Peppermill. Nice and clean. Would definitely stay here again.
