This place was actually super nice to see. It was very pleasantly surprised. The food is just basic, but the coffee was great and the service was spectacular.

Ada challenges
Our stay was good. Over 3 nights there was only service one of the days,but when asked garbage was taken and extra towels given. We were traveling with 2 elderly family members in scooters, and they put us on the 4th floor. Thank God for no emergencies because they would be stuck without an elevator. Also the ada bathroom tub has a rather high step about half the hight of a normal tub. Not good,but plenty of bars and a shower seat. Although the shower seat hits the curtain making water run all over the floor. Our non ada room had a walk in shower which should be what they had with a bench.

Double Bed Room
Hotel is two years old. Beds were not comfortable. I expected better. Lights went out while in the shower (energy conservation gone a little too far). I would suggest changing the brand of shower gel provided. Horrible! Other than that, the hotel personnel was friendly, professional and helpful. Fairfield could do better.

Friendly and accommodating
They were very accommodating for early check in for us as we were here for an event. Their breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly and recognized us when we came back from our event and asked how our evening was.

Nice stay
I liked that room service was offered upon request. I do wish the bathroom had just a couple of little things like a dish for the soap. Also, breakfast was mediocre and i got rotten milk. However the staff was verty nice and responsive.

Poor service, understaffed
We didn’t get a working television and when we asked for help at the front desk we were told she was too busy and would call us back. We called again about twenty minutes later and were told again that she didn’t have time for us. We were never called back.

Love this Hotel
I try to stay here whenever I’m in town for business because it’s clean and safe. The beds are comfortable and the hotel staff is very friendly. My only concern this stay was the bedding in the closet for the sofa bed was used already. I went to grab an extra blanket and it was bundled up with the mattress cover/bottom sheet. That was a bummer but I’ve had any issues like this in the past here so I’m attributing it to nobody is perfect!

Mehhh service
The place was clean and nice looking. However we were given a handicapped accessible room which every thing was very low (dressers bed Nightstands). Which after a few hours gets tiring when youre old and have back issues. On the 2nd night a family with 4 kids arrived and were placed in the room above ours. They were jumping and loud every night until 2-3 am. Despite calling front desk nothing was done to keep quiet, move them or move us. Upon check out there was kind of blank stare from receptionist never asked hoe are stay was she easnt rude but kind of just took our room key and said ok. Kind of low efrort for a Marriot property
