left stranded
when we got to the apartments.after a 6 hour drive we were told they were closed and made no effort to place us anywhere else.the nightmare had just begun..we were told there was a gas leak but people were comming in and out. we had to find a late minute hotel ourselfs that night and the next day was wasted finding somewhere else to stay for the week which wasent easy and very stressful. it ruined out whole holiday

er good service
Clean spacious apartment with private parking space which the manager let us keep even after checking out which was very helpful as we were there for my daughters graduation so would have had to pay to park in the city centre for the day. Only downside is you can hear every person coming and going through main front spring loaded front door as it slams shut

small apartments is a convenient accommodation
This was a stay overnight it had all the essentials we needed they provided a travel cot. It was comfortable and good value. Having a little one, it was nicer staying in an apartment so he could go to sleep and we have a lounge to relax in the evening. This was better than staying in cheap hotels that normally people stay in. We had secure car park. They don’t provide any tea/coffee or hand wash etc, but there is a shop next door. There are no take aways near by. Though can get delivery. We would stay there again and consider this style of accommodation in future.

Very spaceous ground floor flat, comfy bed and good heating. There was even a washing machine! Only down side was the very squeeky floors in every room.

10/10 Exceptional

we are a family of 5 (two adults and three children of 12, 10 and 3 years old). We used a two-bedroom apartment and stayed for three nights. As we arrived at midnight in winter we were worried about finding the apartment without heating but when we got in, literally the apartment gave us a warm welcome so we felt comfortable finding the entire apartment, including the bathroom, the rooms and even the beds totally warm. also it called our attention the cleanliness of the place. everything was very, very clean. It is fair to say that the place is not a luxury one but you will find everything you need for a good stay. The staff that attended us was also very formal. the hotel also has a secured car park which was a relief for us because we did not want to leave our car outside. we recommend this place because we were comfortable there. the place is not expensive at all, it is located in an area not far away from the city center.

good transport to city centre
I have huge concern regarding their fire alarm as it kept on going with out any reason, sometimes in the middle of night as well and it did disturbed our sleep but we couldn't do anything .so we decided to ignore but ignoring can put people's life at risk. Other wise every thing was Ok, would be nice if they have provided the soaps as they did provided the towels but no soaps so we bought it from the shop next door.

Plenty of space!
Did read the critics, but still wanted to try! Big apartment, clean and nice. No kettle but kitchen was ok. Bathroom nice, no toiletries, not even soup! It was hot, heating was on and couldn't turn it off, so needed to open all windows. The other negative thing was that you could not open the front door, some of the guest needed to come open.

Great location
The apartment was lovely and well accommodated. Although some things were broken and tatty. The toilet didn't flush properly. The floor in the bathroom was damaged. The kettle didn't work properly. The oven didn't work properly. But it was clean.

Very basic apartment
- didn’t provide simple things like soap - people banging and shouting at the windows late at night so we felt quite unsafe, especially with little ones - host didn’t even ask if everything was okay with our stay so clearly not interested! - requested a cot but didn’t have it ready - could do with simple touches like tea and coffee, milk etc. - double sofa bed was broken and only folded into a single so if we had had 4 people staying there wasn’t enough space, luckily our fourth person was a baby in a cot - it is fairly close to the city centre so if you want something completely basic and don’t mind feeling unsafe etc it’s fine for a cheap trip

Not perfect but a good base for Liverpool trips.
It was a great base for our Liverpool trip. Close enough to walk into the centre and very cheap taxi ride away. It was spacious enough for the whole group to feel at home. I saw a few negative reviews before going to the apartment which had me a little worried but it was great for what we needed. Not a perfect place but comfortable enough and not far from the city centre.

Disgusting
The neighbourhood was dangerous, and nowhere near to the city centre. The room was a disgrace, there were holes in the bedroom walls, the front door didn't lock, the sofas were ripped to pieces and one had been cut and something was stuck in there, sticking out of the seat, the cooker was gas and after turning it on the smell of gas was overwhelming. The fact that the front door didn't lock was the major issue, as we had read in other reviews once getting there, that their bags had been messed with and things had been taken, this doesn't surprise me at all, how can you promote a building and expect people to stay there when it is such a mess? We stayed there for about an hour and had to leave as it was so unsafe and made us all feel very uncomfortable. The only positive was that the owner was polite and friendly, it's just a shame that the overall experience was terrible.

Not satisfied with my stay
Good for singles but not for family. Location is absolutely noisey. Smell of cigarette smoking in the room. No soaps/shampoo given. Bed was broken. I do not recommend.

Fine for the price
The flat was fine, absolutely great for the price. It smelt a bit ‘musty’, but definitely seemed clean. I got stuck in traffic on my way there and so arrived around midnight, the guy was very helpful on my arrival, but I had to pay a £20 late check in fee which wasn’t mentioned anywhere in their description. I should mention the very secure parking which had plenty of parking for the number of flats. The mattress had definitely seen better days with a couple of dead patches in the springs.

Tried it, never again
We were 3 friends, there were only 1 double bed and 2 sleeping sofa's. I got one of the sofa's, or I do not think you can call them that. They were perfect to sleep on if you do not wish to sleep. I have slept on various things during my youth, but this was the most horrible "bed" I have ever tried to sleep on. The floor carpet was filthy, the curtains came with a rotten gum in them. The bathroom was OK. The kitchen had a stove that looked like it had been there since the sixties and did not look to bring out your appetite. Call for a taxi if you do not wish to walk to town, not many taxis to get by the road. A small store next door was convenient. Did not get the feeling that the area was to safe, would not wander around in the night.

Property tried to increase price by 300%
The property took the Booking (Guaranteed and Non-Refundable) then tried to put the price up by 300% about 5/6 hours later (the property stated clearly they now wanted to increase the price because of the match, 5/6 hours after they had taken the booking - Business Ethics?) Hotels.com sorted this for me (Thanks). No toiletries, Tea / Coffee facilities consisted of a kettle. Not impressed with property as a whole.
