4/10 Fair

If it wasn’t for the staff being polite, kind and helpful and acccomdating a late check out I would give this place 1Star. The place is dirty, the air conditioner doesn’t work, it’s a place that truly gives you the ick. Find better options.

10/10 Exceptional

Exceptional location, staff and amenities. The Vestel television is kind of a disaster. That might need a change.

Perfect for long term stays..

Friendly stuff, spacious room, comfortable bed, fast wireless internet are few to count. Perfect for extended stays in Levent - Maslak area. Room had a nice kitchen with a large fridge, sitting area to watch TV or entertain. Balcony is also a plus. Area is full of restaurants and various shops. Will come back again.

Happy in Maslak

Convenient and spacious apartment in modern Saslak neighborhood. Easy parking and places to eat and drink nearby. Figuring out how to check-in by car was challenging, because there is hardly any room at the front office and finding the easy parking space belonging to the apartments was equally challenging. However, staff provided personalized help and addressed all needs.

Please include the block number and description of where it is in the arrival details, it’s tucked away in a huge complex and very hard to find.

2/10 Poor

Herşey güzeldi taki temizlikçi personel kapıyı açana kadar üstelik biz içeride iken
Verified review

6/10 Good

Oda iyiydi personel çok yakın çok iyiydiler sadece odadaki televizyon internete bağlı gözüküyor ama YouTube hiçbirşeye girmiyor tek sıkıntı o idi
Verified review

6/10 Good

Personelin biraz daha sıcak olmasını beklerdim. Daha sıcak ve daha enerjik olabilirler. Otel konsepti gibi düşünmemek lazım. Ev konseptinde bir yer. Odalardaki imkanlar daha fazla olabilir. Teşekkürler
