The poor customer service I experienced in this hotel from the onset ruined my holiday.
The taxi driver (taxi number-351) quoted me 600 Turkish Lira from the airport to the hotel, despite me knowing the journey should cost no more than 230 Turkish Lira. My brother who has travelling from a different country paid only 250 Turkish Lira for the same journey in the same evening.
I informed the taxi driver if the customer service officer in reception says the journey is 600 Turkish Lira, I will pay 600 if not I will pay the 230 estimate cost the journey planner says it should cost.
The customer service officer in reception who was a middle age man who spoke good English said the journey cost 600 after he spoke to the driver in Turkish laughing. Despise me knowing otherwise I paid the driver 600 because the customer service officer lied for the taxi driver, I didn’t know if they work together to rip-off customer but they looked highly suspicious.
It rained on our first and second day of our holiday so we couldn’t go out. The hotel decor is outdated with basic breakfast options. The TV Chanel’s are all Turkish and the internet connection is very bad. This hotel is stuck in the 80’s as they were playing music from the 80’s in the eating area and the decor is very much 80’s style.
Very bad experience and poor customer service.
