We greatly enjoyed our stay , and the location is walkable to the old town restaurants and shopping areas.
We did have an issue with it being too warm in our room and therefore we all slept poorly, causing us to check out a day early. We lost a night’s payment, which was frustrating as we had specifically confirmed that there was air conditioning. The hotel said it only turns on central AC when it is over 22 degrees Celsius, and disarms the individual AC in rooms
Apparently, Expedia advertises that this hotel has AC , but the hotel website does not.
So while this is an Expedia issue, the hotel dud give our room to a walk in customer and therefore collected payment twice on our room .
I will be taking this up with Expedia as well
