The hotel room did the job, if you’re looking for a good price in the surrounding area. It was very simple and not meant for a long stay.

O quarto estava limpo e foi limpo diversas vezes durante nossa estadia. As toalhas foram trocadas também. O hotel atende as expectativas.

It’s right down the street from the housing project, but I felt like home. There is a bodega on the corner and a lot of places to eat in the surrounding area.

The air conditioning works well and the bathroom is clean. The bed however is uncomfortable because the mattress still has the plastic wrap on it so it traps heat and also feels strange. There is no duvet, just a single sheet with a fleece cover. The neighborhood wasn't too bad even for it being near the social housing. There was just a lack of restaurants nearby. Just need to walk about 20 min to the LIC center.

A great and affordable stay! Room was clean, A.C worked well, and the staff were all very nice. My only tiny complaint is the pillows: the bed had two small and very soft pillows which my neck didn't love. I would stay again for sure!
