The staff went above and beyond helping us straight from the airport after travelling from Australia. the room was impeccable and the breakfast service was excellent we will defiantly stay at a premier inn again.

Clean rooms, pleasant and very helpful staff, and amenities exactly as described. The location is very convenient, very close to the train station and city center, with easy bus connections. Breakfast is available as an additional package and is well prepared and satisfying.

Property is showing its age and needs better cleaning. The first room I was given smelled so bad I could not stay in it. The second one was fine. It was my first stay at a Premier hotel and I was expecting more.

No tissues or toilet brush, shower not working properly, jorrible view. Not really a place where you like to stay longer than necessary.
