Great hotel and location , staying again this month and great restaurant with great staff
旅客真實評論

4/10 一般般

Not great service, definitely not a boutique hotel from maintenance point if view, the breakfast place was stinking of curry the full day.

10/10 好極了

Exceptional quality and cleanliness that would grace a property four or five times more expensive. Some of the best value I have seen in recent years, and I do around 200 nights a year in hotels - can't recommend it highly enough

Good stay. Quiet location although that becomes somewhat of a disadvantage if you are late to come back. Clean property and no hassle

The worker at the front desk was very helpful directing us to the parking space we reserved and with carrying our bags up the three flights of stairs. The air conditioning was greatly needed since we were there during a heat wave.

We loved our stay here! Room was super clean, beds were very comfortable, staff was very helpful. Our one breakfast at their cafe was tasty and reasonably priced. It was very convenient to where we wanted to be - a 15ish minute taxi ride from Heathrow in a suburban neighborhood. We liked the easy access to points west and also east into London. To get to the Underground/Tube Elizabeth line, it was a 15 minute walk to the Hayes & Harlington train station (with a Lidl on the way) and we also took the bus (#278) that was just around the corner on days we didn't feel like walking (tapping in for the bus to pay with a credit card was easy; no need in London to tap out). On the Tube one can tap in also BUT one does need to tap out!
