Breakfast was great, staff was wonderful. Bed and pillows were comfy. Shower pressure was awful, the window latch was broken, the shower tap falls off, the wonderful shampoo, conditioner, body wash weren't attached properly to their holder. The hallway carpet needs replacing.

I feel at home whenever I stay at the Sure stay Coquitlam hotel. Rooms are very nice & clean, the staff are very friendly & courteous, and location is excellent....a bus stop to Braid Skytrain station is in front of the hotel. Ill be staying here extra month for a rock concert. I highly recommend staying here, it is quite affordable as well.

Room was clean upon check-in. However, housekeeping needs improvement - staff gives priority to new arrivals over the needs of current occupants. Staff were friendly and helpful Breakfast was good.
