The restaurant staff was rude, we were not greeted or welcomed. Staying at a hotel we were hoping to get food there but it was not possible. At the end we had ti drive elsewhere. For $180 a night you would expect at least staff ti say "hello, welcome" would not stay here again.

The only Chair was Broken. The Heating unit has no thermostat and one of the three controls was broken. The Bathe tube water control is hooked up wrong and gives hot water on cold and vice versa. The TV. was basically useless. The decor was nice but did not make up for the short comings. I hope the room has not been used recently so that it is free of covid 19

We have stayed at this property before and this is why we booked it again. Unfortunately, our room overlooked the railyard. If you are a train buff, this might be the place for you. If you are deaf, or approaching deafness, the rail-view rooms are a spectacular choice. The folks at the desk were immediately obliging when we asked to change. Our new room was terrific. No noise. None whatsoever.

Stay was great. There was a very long hair attached to bath mat. Definitely wasn’t mine as I don’t have much hair lol 😂 cable channels minimal Bed was comfy. Had great sleep both nights.

I liked the stay. Clean room, friendly services, good location

The hotel is in a good central location in the heart of Poco which is ideal for my needs.

Check in was brutal. Clerk was discontent. No service provided for the four night stay. Only saving grace was the great service I received from Jack.

Didn't feel safe. Fell short of my expectations based o what I had seen online. Booked for five nights, checked out after one night

It was excellent place to stay. Met all our needs. We were very satisfied.

It was pretty decent except for the old dry cheese in the room’s freezer
