Terrible

I had to get them to change my room twice because the first room didn't have any working lights in the bathroom. And the second room was dirty, the bed wasn't made and didn't even have a blanket. The third room wasn't even a king like I paid for and I didn't get any type of refund for anything. And the third room, the showerhead was broken and barely had any water pressure. All the side doors to the office stay locked so you have to walk all the way around to the front just to go in there, which I had to several times due to the rooms not being ready for a stay.

THIS IS YOUR SIGN!!!!

THE WHOLE PLACE WAS JUNK !!! And I mean literally — (I’ve worked in hotels & stayed in them) 1. MOLD in the shower ceiling 2. The carpet was pure dirt/black (my 10 month old baby crawled around for 2 mins and both her legs was pitch black !! 3. You could feel the springs in the bed, horrible. 4. The curtains didn’t even fit the window !! 5. Dirt all behind the beds 6. No employees to be found what so ever at check in , finally after 10 mins someone came out. Literally the cleaning thing was the POOL. The pool deck was so nasty !!!! Broken chairs & beer bottles laying around. This is your sign to book that next hotel - spend that extra $50-80 !! Because I promise you this is not worth $2 at all !!!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt I had to share my experience. Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was far from great. We arrived late, so we didn’t have much chance to properly check the room at first. This was actually the second room we were given, as we had already complained about the first one — it smelled strongly of smoke. Sadly, the second room wasn’t much better. The bed was broken, and the bathroom was not clean. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay.

Not great

Safe but ok at best. Room was comfortable for sleeping but the walls were dirty/grimy, toilet worked but not properly, and shower has issues. Everything is very rundown, rusty, etc. Breakfast was decent but nobody was there to address anything. I’m glad that we arrived late and left early.

Did Not Look Like Pictures Online

The pictures online did not match the property. The beds were supposed to be queen and they were full size. The bathroom and bath sink did not drain properly. The soap available was Dove, which is not real soap but rather a beauty bar. Most of the rooms were empty or in shoddy conditions. The staff was polite and accommodating across multiple shifts.

Beware of the double charge

I spent 20 minutes waiting for a room key because the machine shut down and the clerk didn’t know how to reset it. I was also charged by the hotel after I paid for it through Hotels.com so now I have to fight that battle. I never got a room key, the clerk let me in with a master key and said “if you need to go anywhere, just leave your door cracked.” I’m glad all I needed for the night was a bed.

Bad experience so far

I arrived at the hotel extremely tired after a long 9-hour drive, which unfortunately prevented me from addressing my concerns immediately at the front desk. However, my experience was very disappointing. The room had an unpleasant smell, the extra door lock was broken, the refrigerator was rusty, and I noticed what appeared to be mold in the bathroom and on the ceiling. These conditions were far below what I’ve come to expect from this hotel brand. I’ve stayed at several of your properties across the country and have always had positive experiences, but unfortunately, this stay fell far short of those standards.

No heat

The first thing I noticed was that there was no batteries in the remote control. Then the heat would not come on. I tried everything. Didn’t feel like changing rooms so I just froze for a week. Not enough covers on the bed for winter. There was a cat screaming outside my room for days so I couldn’t sleep. Someone was feeding it applesauce. Other than that everything else was fine. Good location to everything I needed to get to.
