The room I booked, the tv wasn’t working, it took about 30 minutes to get another one. The hotel was dirty the room was clean but the walls were dirty, especially the bathroom. Some of the fixtures were loose, for example toilet paper holder screws were backed out. When I checked out they couldn’t provide a receipt and said they would email one. Didn’t receive one, called and still didn’t receive one, emailed corporate and finally got one.
