Faulty heating in Room
Curtailed stay the cheating in my premium room was blowing cold air only and would not go to heating. On one of the coldest night of the winter staff should have had room properly heated Did not continue my stay because of this and have requested a full refund also an ING member so highly disatisfied.

Overall ok
The staff was friendly. They were generous with the snacks over the holidays. Amazing Christmas dinner. Our room was so far from the lift, and there’s only one lift that goes to that unit. But this was not a big deal. Our only complaint was the extra beds for our children were very uncomfortable. We had the suite and the beds were rolled in. One was broken so my daughter slept on the couch which she said was better than the mattress on the bed anyway. Overall an ok stay.

You must stay here.
This is one of the best stays we have enjoyed in a hotel. Everything was amazing and we felt so relaxed. The staff are helpful and friendly and the food was delicious. We had intended to eat out but ended up enjoying our meals in the hotel. It is exceptionally clean and well presented with attention to detail. The riverside walk into Oxford is a bonus. Thanks for a lovely special birthday treat.

Car parking charge
In advance of the stay I contacted the hotel on two separate occasions to query a charge for car parking. I was not aware of a charge being levied at the time of making the reservation. I have not received any response from the hotel to my two separate communications and disappointingly had to pay the charge on arrival/check in.
