Not so good. My room was a mess. Leaking toilet. No warm water until the last day. Spent a night with no water in shower after cimplaining about cold water. I requested an iron, it took 3 requests and 2 days to receive it. It was not good. The people were pleasant though. That's for sure.

Check in takes extremely too long, and the front desk staff is rude when you ask about it. The food is terrible and the servers don’t act like they want to help you if they don’t see tip money in advance. Our room had a huge dead cockroach in our tub, and apparently them still cleaning our room is what took so long to check in. Doors in the rooms didn’t seal and the very small beach area was a mess.

I love the views at this hotel! The ocean view from the rooms and the amount of access to the beach that you have (Maybe the only reason I would return). The downside to this hotel, the room was dirty.. I didn’t even have any towel in the room when I checked in, I had to go down to receptionist to get towels because the phone in the room never worked and wasn’t even on. I was handed the towels as if I was begging and not a guest. Just cold reception. The bathroom, especially the tub was disgusting and moldy, my skin crawled whenever I would step in. The staff at the buffet would ignore you and have you waiting so long to get a drink. I usually would have to walk up to one and always ask for a drink before I got some attention. The staff weren’t very friendly except a couple of the guys. I only like this place for the views. In addition, the men working here will hit on you nonstop! It’s like from one to the other. No matter how uncomfortable you were, they wouldn’t quit. I just couldn’t understand why almost all of them did this. Made me so uncomfortable.

The resort was clean the food options were amazing. My only complaint was being on the first floor in the back and the mosquitoes were ferocious. When I expressed my concern the manager on duty was kind of rude, but other then that everything was great!!!

This resort is a great resort. It’s not super fancy but it’s nice and clean with great views right on the beach all the access you need. The location wise is great, staff is great very pleasant. Bartenders were really great kept the drink coming. It’s family friendly. I felt pretty safe there. The food is fairly descent you’ll be able to eat. No elevators they have nice gentlemen that will carry your bags to and back. I would definitely come back and would recommend. Check them out.

Customer service was terrible, place needs to get fix up. Like to charge you when you already paid, talking about room taxes . Very very bad customer service and would not recommend anyone to stay there .

The property was pretty decent except no working elevator so we needed to have the bellop take the bags up and down to our room. There was also limited dining options as there is one restaurant onsite. But the staff was AMAZING. Especially Konia, Semone, Charmaine guest service manager and Petilyn house keeping supervisor with Brandon at the bar

Upon arrival the staff claimed that Expedia did not notify them that I had reserved a room. After a long wait, endless calls to “customer service”, and my family being stressed about being on an Island with possibly nowhere to stay! The staff finally assured us that the situation was “resolved” and gave us our keys and wristbands. In my opinion, they wanted to see how we would react in such a difficult situation however, as always, my family kept it together and was very calm with the staff despite feeling like we were being lied to. On the other hand, the food was bland with no taste AT ALL! Luckily for my family & I we were there to visit In-Laws who had never left the Island. We left the resort everyday to get actual food that actually tasted good.

The reviews are pretty consistent, so we kinda knew what to expect. The pros: nice beach, all-inclusive, don't have to wait for the food to come out - which is a huge problem if you eat off-property. Cons: the food was truly terrible, which was a huge disappointment. The 'grill', which was there for in-between meals (like when we arrived) was just old, lukewarm, and bland burgers. Would have been nice to have some sort of local food, but if nothing else, maybe something hot. We made reservations for the fancier restaurant our first night, but were told there was only one available at 8.30p. We happened to be walking by around 6.45p, and there was no one there. We ended up coming around 7.30 to see if maybe we could get in earlier, and had no problem because there were only 2 tables with guests. So, yeah - I don't know what their booking strategy is. But even the food at the nicer restaurant was bland and uninspiring. The next morning we had the breakfast buffet, which was also meh. We were hoping again for local cuisine - like tasty fruit and maybe, anything not something you can get at a Holiday Inn, but no luck. So after 3 meals, we never ate there again. But the location isn't great, as there's nothing to walk to. We took a cab into town for $25 to the Hip Strip, which was supposed to be interesting, but had nothing worthy of a look. We drove down to Negril on day 2, and really wished we had stayed there instead. A much more beach vibe, without the big h
