This hotel has a wonderful location a block off the boardwalk and close to food and shopping. It is an older property but clean and everything was in working order. Parking is convenient.

Hotel was ok for the price. Room was non-smoking and when we walked in it smelled like a smoking room. Fortunately, I brought Febreze and was able to make the smell a little better. Bathroom was clean, but tile floor was very slippery when getting out of the shower. The whole bathroom was wet from the steam in the shower. Parking was available across the street if the on site lot was full. Hotel was close to the boardwalk and beach.

It was a huge room is very, very friendly guest and Steve. I would recommend this to my anyone. They You give everything you need. The only thing I would recommend is, if you have kids be careful of them logging the top block because the not the key to that is a gentle for your safety and you will have to get a locksmith or a police officer to come and unlock it your kidslock it from the inside; but that’s just how any other dead bolt works,,

Hotel is outdated and could use a reno. One important thing to know: there is no elevator to the 200 level rooms. There is only an elevator to the 500 and 600 level rooms which by the way the hotel is only two floors. Beds were super comfy and we had a sofa. The tv didn’t work and from the sofa you couldn’t watch tv. Not really sure why there was a sofa in the room instead it would’ve been nice to have two chairs and a table. Also, our fridge was in the closet so we couldn’t put our suitcases in there nor could we hang anything up so the layout was just strange in the room, but it was very clean. Staff were very nice. Hotel is right behind back entrance of castaway Cove so perfect location!! Overall 4 stars

We really enjoyed staying at the Impala inn It’s so convenient to get anywhere. Place is clean, but could use some update ! However, I do wish they would change the sheets at least once during our weekly stay . We are coffee drinkers and I think there should be a coffee pot in rooms or have an option for one . We were able to get one but had to buy coffee and all the condiments ! Other wise a good place to stay we will be back !!

Ice machine broken. They have one machine for the whole complex. TV remote didn't work. Tub area needs a hand bar. Shower curtain is way to long, a real trip hazard. One microwave for the whole complex. They charge top dollar and offer very little. A big disappointment.

My family and I have used the Impala Inn for many years & never had an issue. Well, it started when they went to your room being serviced to every 3 days. Not a fan of that rule. The tub was dirty and I had to scrub before grandchildren got in it. The closet smelled like smoke, and my extra sheets that I needed for the sofa bed were stained with something?? And when I opened up the sofa bed, the mattress was covered in stains. All kind of stains. There comes a time where you have to Renovate, Renew, and Refresh. It’s needs new carpets, new sofa beds etc. Spend some money Impala Inn!

The room was clean when we arrived. I'm not sure if the condensate line in our AC was blocked or not, but the room always felt a little musty and humid. We stayed for three nights and did not have our room cleaned once. We had to request fresh towels after the 2nd day. Smoking is not permitted on the balconies but was not well enforced. This made sitting outside in the evening uncomfortable. All-in-all, I would rate it a 7/10 and for the value a bit higher.

Hotel overbooked the room ,they didnt have a room for 2 nights for me. They moved me to another hotel wild Dunes which was filthy. When you ahve kids they isn't a simple feat to move around. Change room multiple times. The manger did his best , this was my 3rd and last year he. It smelled. Bathroom dirty. Very loud . Housekeeping vacuum early next your room..

Our room had a pull out couch for us to use for 2 of our guests. The first night we went to use it and opened it up to smell a horrific smell of urine that filled the entire room. The staff was helpful in getting us a roll away bed for that night but only had one and the other guest had to sleep on an air mattress. They kept saying they will take care of us but never heard from management. It was gross today the least. Outside lights are super dim so it is very dark when you are walking to your room at night.

We had a great overnight stay. The staff was as helpful and the room was small but all we needed. After spending the day at the beach, the pool was nice too. Free parking and beach tags were a bonus too. My only gripe is the cost for one night but that was a pretty good rate compared to other places so that just seems the norm for Ocean City. Being on the same block as the boardwalk was great for kids.

The room that the staff put us in was a handicap unit. It was very difficult dealing with this room with three teenagers. The bathroom and the sink area were all included, which meant there could only be one person in there at a time. There was no extra mirror, and the room was very tight. When I spoke with the manager and expressed my dissatisfaction. They said it doesn’t matter if it’s handicap or not they consider the room to queen size beds poolside not the type of a room. The manager himself said they don’t save handicap rooms for just handicap because of the length of the summer season and they need to make the profits and if a handicap person were to come to their facility, they would be turned away because the rooms have already been rented out. They only have three rooms 121,122, and 123.
