Amazing customer service + great, affordable rooms
Staying at Havana Dream WAS a dream. The customer service was just amazing! My initial room faced the street and was a bit too noisy for me, so they gave me a lovely room in the back! My iPhone 14 didn't take a SIM card, so they lent me a hot spot that took my SIM card! I needed an early morning breakfast one day and they made it happen. And on my final day, when I wasn't going to leave until 3:00 pm, they offered me FREE late check out. Both evening and day staff were equally kind and generous. And the rooms were nicely appointed, with comfortable beds and piping hot showers! If you are going to stay in Old Havana and looking for an affordable spot - this is your place!

friendly and helpful staff - Bea was fantastic the apartment was clean and well equipped- the bed was very comfortable Linen was cleaned and sheets changed even though only there for 4 nights Great location - all of Havana is walkable from the apartment 3 flights of stairs so not for the anyone with walking issues

Underbar service (städning, frukost på rummet (mot extra betalning), gratis tvätt service, WiFi) Alltid snabba svar från Bea via WhatsApp Enda "smolket" var att miljön utanför hotellet lämna de en hel del i övrigt att önska. Väldigt slitet och förfallet. Men som vi lärde oss, i Havana kan ett kvarter vara väldigt nedlitet och i nästa kvarter är det toppskick. Bra restauranger i närheten

Nice oasis in Old Havana
Havana Dream is a lovely oasis in Old Havana. The people were friendly and helpful. The only things which were not as advertised was that the bed is a queen and not king size but what we were told is that they don’t have king size. Also wifi is terrible in Cuba so it is not the 500 Mbps as advertised. More like 2-3 Mbps which I guess you get everywhere. It is safe and private.

Great apartment hotel! Excellent location - in the middle of Havana. The staff were also very friendly and service minded (they even let us have a very late check out because they didn’t have a booking that day). 10/10 would recommend!

Havana Dream is a Boutique Hotel/Guest Hause.The location of the property is at the old town center and the environment is safe. At nights a little noisy. Large rooms are very nice and comfortable.

Best hotel in the heart of Havana
Such a lovely cute hotel in the middle of Havana, we had an amazing time in this hotel. It was so clean and well organised, and the staff so polite, nice and helpful for everything we needed. We are amazed from they hospitality. I highly recommended and can not wait to go back again

Safe but run down being the old city. Proximity to major attractions beats the street cleanliness. It’s on a 2nd or 3rd floor with no elevator. But the rooms is absolutely beautiful.

La cuadra donde esta ubicado el Hotel es terrible, no se asusten, la entrada tampoco ayuda; una vez llegas al 3 piso donde esta el hotel, todo es perfecto. La zona es 100% segura, se puede llegar caminando a media noche sin ningún problema. El Hotel tiene una ubicación estratégica para caminar y conocer. A 2 cuadras del Parque Central. Muchos restaurantes cerca. 100% recomendado. El desayuno espectacular, la atención de todo el personal fuera de serie. Todo limpio, bonito y en excelente estado. Todo es muy vintage, pero bien seleccionado

Eine tolle individuelle Unterkunft mit insgesamt 4 Zimmern im 3. OG (kein Fahrstuhl) im Herzen der Altstadt. Ich habe es sehr genossen, insbesondere das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick auf das Capitol. Sowohl die Managerin als auch das Personal waren äußerst engagiert und zuvorkommend, mir auch bei der Erweiterung meiner Spanischkenntnisse behilflich. Jederzeit wieder!

Scam ! Not hotel ! Stay away !
I don’t know why that place got good feedback before, need to be unrealistic. Terrible place is a scam !!! Is not a hotel !!! It is B&B on the top of disgusting building of the 5 floor with other private people apartment downstairs. Not elevator! Unsafe area around ! Picture from hotels not corespondent with reality ! ! ! I didn’t stay there even one night, bough new hotel. I will take that case feather with hotels.com for scam of people like me. It’s not hotel it’s not 5 star !

Tranquil spot
A very comfortable and peaceful spot in the center of Havana Vieja. The managers were very helpful in connecting us with rides and places to stay in other regions. The breakfasts were lovely and the room comfortable and clean. We are happy to recommend Havana Dream to others.

Lovely dreams
What a lovely and friendly little place in the heart of Havana. Within mins I was at restaurant or bar or local shop. The manager was excellent and her staff fantastic, friendly, honest and helpful.
