靠近海滩，适合度假
酒店位置很好，十分靠近海滩，离中心区也十分近，都是在步行距离之内。停车方便，服务周到。花园美丽。虽然作为旅者，更希望多花机会在外面，但我竟然一整个下午都泡在了酒店里，因为风景和环境都太好了。这里的早餐很丰盛，服务人员特别热清。是个我会再来的好地方。

Disappointed in service, but a beautiful hotel.
While the hotel itself was amazing and dreamy, we were disappointed with the service beginning from check-in through being charged for items in the room we did not even touch. It has taken several phone calls and messages left to try and amend this issue (as it is still not resolved).

Highly Recommend for One of a Kind Stay
Beautiful property with excellent, attentive, professional staff. Great ammenities: champagne brunch (delicious), afternoon wine/sangria, evening fresh baked cookies plus free car service to/from Carmel downtown in the evening.

We requested a room with handicap amenities for my mom that is disabled. I was informed that they were full to capacity. We were assigned a room at the back of the hotel (102) and the front desk pretended that a person with a walker could take more than eleven deep steps. No compassion from the front desk staff. Luckily the bell person ( helping with the luggage) had some sense and took us to the back of the hotel. I think his names is James. Event lets us borrow a wheelchair. Staff at the bar/restaurant super helpful.Housekeeping staff excellent. Front desk more than one staff need new training. At least a smile once in a while . The driest staff ever. Beautiful landscaping good location. The parking need handicap spaces.

Service par excellence
Our second annual stay for my birthday after Thanksgiving madness. The hotel staff is so well trained & efficient at their jobs. We felt pampered & spoiled. Love the spot on styled interior spaces, the amazing brunch spread & the welcome vino & Ghirardelli chocolate chip cookies. The shuttle service to restaurants completes the service. We love it & will be back! Thank you!
