Hotel was very clean and staff was very responsive. The hotel is being remodeled but it did not impact our stay. The continental breakfast is not currently being offered due to the renovation but Ihop is literally on the compound and the hotelprovided a discounted price of $6 for my meal. I would definitely stay there again!

Stayed here recently and had a great overall experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and check-in/check-out was smooth. Parking felt safe and convenient, and the property was quiet at night which made it easy to relax. The location was also very convenient for restaurants and nearby attractions. I hate giving 4 stars here, because it really is a fine place to stay, and is clean and efficient as a no-frills hotel. But it is lacking touches that make it easier to stay out-of-town (no mini-convenience area in lobby…if you want a bottled water, go to the 3rd floor vending area by the ice machine and pay $4 for a water. No breakfast offered, though there is an IHOP adjacent). But the staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be, and the room was clean. We would stay here again.

I loved this. It was one of the few hotels with an actual parking lot, which was why I booked it. The hotel was very clean! They were freshly shampooing all hallway carpets while we were there, too. Beds were great and comfortable. I’d stay here again any day!

Parking was good, A/C worked fine, but was noisy. No amenities such as continental breakfast, but there is an IHop right next door. No pool, no workout room. Signs in the rooms speak of conserving water, but the tub in our room and the room next door both dripped constantly. Two elevators by check in, but one was broke the 3 nights we stayed there. If you're not okay with lots of street noise, this would not be the place for you. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Rooms and hotel were very clean. There's a great ice cream place called Charlie's Ice Cream about 1 mile away. Highly recommend Charlie's.

This was a one night stay and it was good for that purpose. Upon walking into the hotel you can noticed that’s things looked a bit dated. Inside of the room at first sight everything looked great but then I noticed that’s the floor was dirty, the bathroom was tidy up but not throughly clean. The facility can be better if the time is invested into at least cleaning better. The AC worked great and we really did not hear a lot noise as I read in other reviews. When people went in and out of their rooms you could hear their door slam but that is to be expected. Our stay was a last minute overnight resting spot. The check in process was rapid without any issues. I would stay here again if I had to.

First - staff were very kind. My issue is that on Thursday night from 9p-1am the hotel let some group of people and local police(?) take over my floor and it was extremely disruptive with doors constantly slammed as 15+ people constantly went between 3-4+ rooms, loudly talking in the hall without any concern for guests, people from that project trying to open my hotel room and banging on my door thinking it was one of their rooms, and then slamming doors and crates of supplies as they moved things between spaces. Why the hotel would even allow that especially during evening hours is beyond me. The front desk person on Friday morning laughed it off and apologized saying they had a last minute request (from local police??) to do that. All I knew was that from my hotel door I could see a random guy in handcuffs being moved between rooms by people not in police uniform, sketchy activity where people were referring to bags of money and FBI numbers being traced, etc (I cannot even make this up - it felt like something illegal was going on?) It did not feel safe to even leave my room to go ask the front desk what was going on. When I came out of my room at one point to ask what was going on, I got 3 separate answers from people/cops in the hallway; “it’s a party”, “it’s an operation”, and “we’re filming something”. Noise didn’t stop until 1am. World Cup guests were less disruptive. My reservation was nonrefundable otherwise I would have changed hotels the next day.
