The bed is not the most comfortable. Great location and in the center of Shijuku.

Great location accessible to all major lines from Shinjuku and Shin okubu. Service is good. Just one suggestion: it would be great if the shower room is open by 6am or 7am at the least instead of 8am. Tourist needs to be out by 8am for all the tours.

It was a nice place to stay and easy access to stations and lots of restaurants to eat from. The staff were really nice, friendly and thoughtful. I wished they had lockers available for keeping personal items safely. I do highly recommend to take a padlock for your luggage or dufflebag to be extra careful!

The beds were particularly hard and the amenities aren't great but it is cheap and within easy walking distance of all the action in Shinjuku.
