Nice place & helpful staff liked the property that we stayed in only one issue. They should have signs up asking people to be respectfully quiet after 10 o’clock at night. You hear every foot step because of the wooden floors on the stairs & people talking loudly at night in the corridor.

If you’re a sound sleeper this place is for you.

Room was clean enough. But lacked a tv and a microwave. It took 1 hour to check in and during the night there was a high loud squeal from the pipes that kept you from falling asleep.

Reservei achando que era uma coisa pelas fotos, mas as fotos não condizem com a realidade. Ficamos em um quarto, que é minúsculo. Nas fotos mostrava que tinha frigobar, mas não é verdade. O quarto é simples e não dispõe de frigobar, secador. O chuveiro cai um pingo d’água. Muitos mosquitos, inclusive com bastante barulho de som alto a noite e de carros, já que o hotel fica ao lado de uma ponte. A piscina sempre suja, não conseguimos utilizar um dia. Ah e o mais importante para Brasileiros. No Brasil, estamos acostumados com divisão de banheiro com porta, porém lá não há isso, o banheiro é aberto, sem portas, basicamente um vaso e uma pia ao lado da cama e você obrigatoriamente vê seu parceiro fazendo tudo porque não há portas.

The walk to our room took us through what appeared to be a junkyard. Our room door was stained with mud splashes. The room did not have a TV or AC controls, which were needed on a cool evening. OK value.

Great cozy place, in a vibrant Little Havana and within walking distance from downtown and of lots of restaurants. Rooms are clean, buildings have charm snd the grounds offer lots of shade to cool off

Happily Surprised

The vicinity is a old set of small condominium rebuffed into a hotel. The room quality is inegal, therefore I suggest you take a good one, like we did. And it was great. 2 stories room, bedroom upstairs, large kitchen and living room. Nice place, our conditions was fine (not all the rooms though). Super friendly and accommodating staff. Thanks a lot folks. Interested to return. One sad point though. Very few shops and commercial around the property. You need a car.

Was not impressed at all. Checked in, went to my room and within 10 minutes I checked out and got a new hotel room. Shared bathroom (which is gross to begin with) was dirty, I had top floor room and it was very hot in there.

Not a perfect place but an excellent place to stay

I love this place. A lot of cool vibes. My room was a little rundown (tub surface peeling, faucets rusted and didn’t turn properly). There was no ability to control the air conditioning. My biggest complaint is there wasn’t soap at the sink. You had to use the soap on the wall in the shower. That being said, I loved the place and would stay here again. The property is lovely and feels almost like an island property. It’s very close to downtown and easy access to the interstate. The staff were very nice and gave the place a homey feel. It didn’t have the same comfort as a large hotel but it was well worth the stay for the ambience alone. The price was good and I will definitely stay here again.

Fairly decent

On the whole, the hotel is average. The perks are it's in a good location and the rooms are pretty clean. The only downside was the building where my room was had old furniture stored on the first floor and the screen door to the balcony of my room was broken and there was no air conditioning.
