" We traveled to Malta from Texas and This is one of the nicest if not the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. The room was immaculate, the view was heavenly, the staff was so incredibly helpful and courteous. We enjoyed the M Club and will definitely be doing that in our next stay with Marriott. I cannot say enough nice things about how lovely this experience was at the Malta Marriott. Thank you! "

"I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Malta. The hotel was spotless and felt well cared for throughout. Two members of staff made the experience stand out. Ryan at the front desk was outstanding. When I checked in, I mentioned I was surprising my mum who was arriving later with my sister. He went above and beyond to keep the surprise, even stepping out to greet her when she arrived. He was warm, accommodating, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable from the start. Sameer, the bartender, made our evenings a highlight. He always greeted us with a smile, provided excellent service, and created such a friendly, welcoming atmosphere that we looked forward to seeing him each night. Overall, it was a lovely stay, made memorable by both the quality of the hotel and the exceptional staff. I would happily return"

"We had the most amazing view of the bay from our room that it was hard to believe that it was real. The hotel is in a bit of a secluded area, but there are plenty of things at the hotel and around and uber rides were easy and convenient to nearby locations. The staff were absolutely amazing and we felt very well taken care of the entire trip. Our room felt a little dated but very clean and again: that view!!!"

"Family of four with two children: We were quite impressed that our room was cleaned everyday, the staff even folded our clothes neatly - we didn't leave any clothes lying around after this because we felt we were giving them extra work. The receptionists were very attentive. The rooftop restaurant had fantastic views - a bit pricey but we ate there twice because of the view. Our only concern is that the pool towels smelled a bit funky, i think because the wet towels are left for a while before being laundered but you can always bring your own towels if you want. Pool could be improved to be more child friendly - it was mostly deep so the children did not have a lot of space. No slides or anything like that. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of selection and always topped up. Tables cleared efficiently. It's near mellieha bay which is our most favoured beach (we liked this more than golden bay) very clear water and no rocks! It's also near popeye village which is great. Overall very lovely stay for the price we paid (this was cheaper than other hotels but the quality and service was great) it's definitely worth it. "

"Simply put, its one of the classic elegant properties in the heart of the old city, but peace and quite once you get into the hotel. Frequently the sounds of cannons maybe heard but added character. Rooms where lovely and we had a super view. Best food at Beef Bar as well ! Great bars and lovely pool ! "

" From the moment we booked, the hotel was in touch, making sure they had everything they needed for our stay. Check-in was smooth and quick, and the staff were welcoming from the first hello. I had asked for a birthday surprise for my niece, and they made it happen perfectly — even tailoring it to meet our halal requirements. It’s those little touches that really make a difference. The staff here are brilliant — friendly, helpful, and genuinely happy to help. I’d definitely recommend using the hotel’s taxi service instead of Bolt or Uber. The cars are clean, spacious, and really comfortable. Our airport pickup driver, Omar, was polite and professional, making our arrival stress-free. There was a small hiccup with our return transfer booking (caused by the hotel, not the taxi company), but Lucienne from the hotel sorted everything out. She suggested a better pick-up time, which meant I got an extra hour of sleep, and she got us to the airport in great time. She honestly saved the day. The location is spot-on — walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the waterfront, with easy access to explore more of Malta. Our room was modern, big, and spotless, with everything we needed to be comfortable. We felt looked after from start to finish, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again next time I’m in Malta. "

"The only thing I would say in terms of improvements is perhaps to better train the staff at breakfast. The supervisor was good but no one proactively came and asked for coffee/tea orders. The staff were nice, no question, I just think they could be better trained to be more attentive to the visitors. It felt like they had been trained to be attentive to the table cleanliness only (which is obviously a good thing!) My other observation is that in the evenings the restaurant receives visitors who want to Instagram photos of the beautiful view but the people doing it don’t really consider their impact to the people trying to have a quiet meal right next to their photo taking. It would be good if staff could move the Instagrammers on to a quieter area to allow diners to enjoy their meals and the view in peace. Food was really good tho!! "

"Just a 4 day stay with no breakfast included however a fab hotel in a convenient location. It was my birthday (we never mentioned this) but returned to a super tasty chocolate cake with a note which was a nice touch. Would definitely rebook here! ☺️"

"Stayed with 2 children, hotel was amazing and very accommodating to our family. Lots of local restaurants. Nightlife very active around the hotel with lots of clubs and bars but the soundproofing really did allow the kids to sleep without any disturbance. Breakfast was amazing and the swimming pools were very clean. Would definitely recommend to all."
