"I was welcomed back with a lovely smile every time I returned from being out. The Grab rides come to the lobby door incase of rain. The lobby is spacious with plenty of comfortable seating. The restaurant is extremely clean, spacious and although I didn't get a meal I did see others eating and it looked delicious and plentiful. Plenty of fast, clean lifts. The room was ready early so when I arrived it was air conditioned with clean, soft, bedding and towels. The bed was comfortable and four pillows. The flat screen tv was easy to see and big enough. Iron and ironing board in excellent condition. Plenty of power points and free toiletries topped up everyday. Also free tea, coffee, sugar, and the milk powder plus two bottles of water daily. Also you're able to rent an umbrella for 2 ringgits per day or approx AUD 60 cents. The pool is plenty big enough with plenty of seating and fresh towels topped up regularly. The area is also cleaned regularly. The gym had the most magnificent views and again, plenty of equipment and very clean. Checkout was fast and easy. The staff again were attentive and very friendly and respectful. Also, so very cheap for 5 nights. AUD $455. Close to or within 25 mins mins of walking to many things. (Funny thing I witnessed. A man requesting a discount on his stay because the COMPLIMENTARY, FREE, SUPPLIED body wash wasn't up to his standard so he didn't use it i Couldn't recommend the Oasia Suites enough. Amazing from day one yo checkout."

"All the staff I encountered were all very friendly, helpful and had suggestions for places to visit. Great new hotel. Rooms were spacious, well laid out and had great city views. I was lucky to get a view of Petronas Towers. Breakfast is on 19th floor with city views and Petronas Towers. Amazing selection of local as well as international cuisine. Post breakfast this is an Italian restaurant. There is a 24 hour gym. The open top pool is on the top floor as is the bar and is well laid out. Staff in the bar were accommodating and helpful. The ground floor has a restaurant too. All in all, a great new contemporary hotel which embraces the original sources of Malaysia, is very central, walking distance to KLCC Park, Petronas Towers, shopping malls and public transport. "

"Convenience at its max. With Mid Valley & Garden malls on site, what else can you ask for. Your one stop shop for everything. Service at the hotel is also great with staff always trying their best to serve you. Buffet breakfast has a good spread but if you opt to miss out then there's plenty local food places around the hotel. Pool is also nice, clean and big. Rooms are good and clean. Towels though do need a refresh. Overall highly recommend this place for a short stay and convenience to everything."

"Good service. Although we had to ask for our bed sheet to be changed when we checked in as there a small blood stain on the underside of the bedsheet."

"Easy walking distance to the pavilion mall and the rest of the shopping and restaurants. The one bedroom suite (1610) needs updated televisions from 21st century. They were very old and grainy. The toilet took forever to refill. Other than those two issues the room was very spacious and comfortable for our stay and we will definitely return for our future trip in KL. "
