"Very nice and the location was amaizing , there is only one note that the elevator for the hotel was small"

"All the good reviews about this hotel are true! The hotel has such a nice smell. The room was clean. If you have small toddlers you may not want the duplex rooms because of the stairwell. No kitchen utensils provided. No complimentary water provided in the room. There is water at the reception desk. If you are there with children, the hotel bar area has small games area for children. The pool is small and towels are provided. Children had access up until 8pm. The gym is well equipped. The bowling is affordable as are the drinks at the bar. The complimentary bus to the station leaves exactly on time! But it is only 2 stops to the station about a 5min journey. The hotel is close to a supermarket - intermarche where you can get everything you need under the sun and it close to another games center. The area is quiet despite the hotel being busy with guests. I was able to do a free earlier check in at 12pm. They also offer earlier check-in times at a % of room cost depending on time "

"Rooms were very clean and well taken care of. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Hotel is within a few minutes walk of train station and shopping centre. Underground car park in hotel is free and secure. "

"Lovely hotel with pool close to Disneyland. Reception check-in was quick & friendly. Hallways smelt lovely and looked clean. Room looked fab, If I was being picky, couple of stars were lost for large coffee stain on carpet in the room that probably could have been removed and dust along the bottoms of the balcony doors otherwise room was spotless. Pool was great and a nice temperature. Broken sun bed that needed to be replaced and lots of wasps/bees."

"Brilliant hotel, the rooms were good and close to all you need in serris and if going euro Disney. We didn’t use the bus to euro Disney as it’s only a 10 min walk and well lit at night. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recently been renovated to a good standard."
