Wifi & other basic necessities were abundantly sufficient.
The only room for improvement (RFI):-
1) Please change the pillows to a softer more comfortable one. I had all 4 x hard pillows. Ended up with a stiff neck & shoulder the next morning.
2) please ensure that the toiletries especially soap were topped up slightly a bit more regardless weekday or weekend.
3) Kindly consider allocating some more friendly parking space for motorbike-riding guests to park at the lobby-front."

"Holiday Villa Johor Bahru was situated at a good location, whereby just across the street is the KSL mall and also along the road there are a few eateries and massage shops throughout the day🙂🙂🙂. Room and facilities at the hotel are spacious and clean. Not to forget to the housekeeper who clean the Room 1228 for the period 27th July to 28th July 2025. Thank you for all the staffs who make the stay here a pleasant trip😘😘😘. We will be coming back here again whenever we coming in to Johor. "Staff texted me the morning of check in. They were friendly and when we couldn’t figure out how to use the shower they came immediately. Good value, room was big and even provided water and toiletries. Only thing is they charged me tourist tax separately even though on Expedia it says we don’t need to pay it as it is included"
