"Excellent hotel. The food is truly incredible. I can't say enough good things about it. Their chef is a marvel. I'd recommend ordering whatever the kitchen recommends. And definitely get the roast chicken. "
"Xiaoming is an excellent host
Always a quick response and very attentive to our needs .
What’s App was the best way to communicate
Xiaoming also makes a great Gin ‘n Tomic ! "
"The customer service was absolutely outstanding. They front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Siao Chou (小周) and Ting Ting (亭亭). They went out of their way to provide us with specific information about local tourist destinations and how to navigate the city. Our Guilin visit went well because of them.
The only issue we had was the hotel only had one washer and dryer. They were mostly occupied during early morning and night. "
