Good hotel, slightly outdated.
Hotel was good but slighlty outdated. Nice golf course Nice heated outdoor pools. Breakfast lunch and finner was good. Parking should be free, not sure why they were charging £10/day when the hotel is outside of the city centre.

Tres grand complexe hôtelier. Chambre tres grande salon terrasse salle de bain tres grands. Le menage laisse à désirer, le balai n a jamais été passé. Nous avions payé pour une chambre avec vue sur le jardin mais ne l avons pas eue! Piscines grandioses,eau très bonne, cours d aquagym. Magnifique parcours de golf.hôtel éloigné des plages

Alle odotusten
Hotelli on jo parhaat päivänsä nähnyt. Huone oli siisti mutta mm. pyyhkeessä oli reikä ja peiton lakanassa oli jotain punaista tahraa. Aamupala oli ok mutta illallisen laatu heikko ja koko ruokasali on todella meluinen. Hotellista on myös käytännössä otettava taksi jos haluaa keskustaan/rannalle. Golfarina tosin näköala golfkentälle oli jees. Ollaan käyty hotellissa nyt 2 kertaa, ensimmäisen ja viimeisen.

Diese Hotel als 4 Sterne Hotel zu titulieren, ist eine Beleidigung für alle 4 Sterne Hotels auf der Welt. Das Zimmer war zwar sauber aber komplett ungemütlich. Das Inventar sieht aus wie auf den 70ern! Das Frühstück war wider Erwarten ganz OK! Und das W-Lan scheint auch aus den 70ern zu sein, da es buchstäblich alle 5 Minuten ausfällt! Fazit: für das was man geboten bekommt, ist das Hotel komplett überteuert!

Ho prenotato la suite a 2 livelli che al piano superiore (ultimo piano) presenta due ampi terrazzi in cui è possibile prendere il sole: fantastico! Colazione inclusa a buffet molto buona. Anche la cena a buffetmi ha soddisfatto. Tutti 10.

Lovely stay at the Gara Suites. Location quite, overlooking golf course. We opted to stay by pool by day and walk to town in evening 25 minutes and get taxi back10 Euros. The pool was lovely and heated which was a bonus. Breakfast plenty of choice. Couldn’t fault hotel at all. Really enjoyable stay.

Great hotel and suite. No WiFi in room.
The hotel is great, nice lobby and pool area. Room was spacious and clean - however the beds were quite uncomfy and there was no wifi in the room at all. The suite itself was really nice though and great view over the golf course.

Great room! Lovely big bed. The golf view terrace with sun loungers was amazing if you wanted an alternative to pool side. Great pool area with one accessible pool via ramp. Indian restaurant located in hotel was pretty good. Unfortunately multiple balcony door locks where broken meaning the room was unsecure. This was fixed after asking at reception within a couple of hours. Not ideal as this should be checked by hotel but happy the issue was resolved. Expensive hotel shop but loads of choice within a 20 minute walk. Would stay again!

Nous avons réservé 2 chambres et nous avons eu 2 chambres dans des batiments differents.il n etait pas posdible de nous rapprocher. Pourtant la demande etait faite lors de la reservation.

We arrived and were a little concerned over reported robberies previously published. We had a 2 bedroom suite with a golf view and after emailing in advance and arriving in our room to find the 2 balcony doors didn’t lock and the safe not secure (as in you could pick it up and carry it under your arm) we sought help from reception. The guy on reception explained that the hotel was full so we couldn’t be moved but they would send the handy man straight away. He arrived almost immediately and to our delight fixed both doors and secured the safe to the wall. We returned to reception to thank them and then also requested an iron and board which were issued immediately. Room service was a little hit and miss but nothing concerning as we were able to make the bed or source clean towels if needed. Pool area was super. Bar drinks and snacks were fine. A little frustrating that the shop in site only sells water at €2.50 and no soft drinks etc, but only a short walk to the nearest shop. Taxis always available too. Breakfast was ok and something for everyone. A really nice 8 night break and would defo return.

Amazing hotel
Amazing hotel, very nice workers. Rooms are very nice. Pools are massive. Lots of activities throughout the day around the pool for kids. Entertainment in the lobby every night. Breakfast buffet is huge. Highly recommend. Cheap taxis to the town which wait outside the hotel. Can’t beat it. Best in Tenerife south

The hotel is oriented to people abroad and guiris to expend the holidays getting drunk in the swimming pool. The restaurant had a lot of possibilities to eat but everything was with low quality. Installations are enough for leisure.

Nous avions un beau duplex côté golf, sur place il y a piscine chauffée , restaurants, très bon accueil. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux, beaucoup de choix, mais très bruyant en cette période de vacances de la Toussaint. Très beau temps pour octobre. Taxi pour transfert aéroport 30€ env. arrivée de nuit, qlq était présent à l’accueil.
