Their restaurant hours were posted to close at 11/00 pm. We attempt to order at 10:40 and were told the last kitchen orders stopped at 10:00. What other reason would I enter after 10:00 knowing it closes at 11:00 if not to eat?

The room is clesn and neat even the hallway are very clean. The location is perfect very near to Quincy market and other restaurant shopping area downtown and subways But for me the bed is s little stiffed when i wake up next morning L got back pain the whole day ends up for me to find massage place. The front desk when l check in she’s not friendly to welcome us and doesn’t feel were welcome. Valet parking is expensive just park across the building we paid $16 overnight and Spot hero extended time until 5pm overall great hotel

The hotel is within walking distance of Faneuil Hall and Quicky Market but it is pretty pricey and doesn't offer a breakfast (continental or otherwise). There is a pricey coffee shop (muffins and coffee) in the lobby and just a few places to get breakfast near the hotel. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel for lunch and dinner and it is also pricey. The hotel was very quiet and the beds, though a little soft, were comfortable enough. The barn door to the toilet area did not close completely. Otherwise, the bathroom was nice. The staff was friendly. One nice perk is the free water bottles available in the lobby. Boston is an expensive city and the hotel is just part of that.

We liked the nightlights in the bathroom and under the bed! The shower was EXCELLENT! The coffee machine was understocked with creamer, but they sent more up. Missed having a desk and chair -- had to take laptop to the lobby where there was a nice table. Front desk ordered a Metro taxi for 1pm. At 1:20, I gave up and called an Uber.

Everything was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Shower pressure was amazing. The room was quiet. Really great staff from the valets to the front desk. I'll be back.
