El Hotel está fuera de serie, viajo mucho y éste me sorprendió de todo a todo más vale que no viajes con camioneta. El estacionamiento es muy angosto. Pero no hay problema. Hay un par de estacionamientos cerca con cargo extra.

Fantastic Hotel in Coyoacan!

Great staff and lovely little hotel in the heart of Coyoacan! The staff was very friendly and helpful, offering great suggestions for food, museums and things to do. They also gave everything a very kind touch, including a little handwritten note for my birthday and a tea tray for our last night! So thoughtful and appreciated!

The location was perfect. The staff was very attentive friendly and excellent. The property decor was great. Our major complaint is because the property is mostly concrete steel and glass sound travels everywhere. You can hear every conversation from the room above you and even the quietest conversation in the hallway or lobby carries directly into the room. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. Lots to do around the property. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Other than the sound issue it's a beautiful place. The sound issue however would keep me from coming back.

We had a really fantastic stay at the H21. First thing to mention is the staff, who were all super lovely, helpful and always on hand when you needed them. Hotel is even better than it looks in the pictures (and it looks great in the pics). Our room (Resposito) was a great size, with an amazing bathroom, super comfy bed and outdoor space that was just lovely - saw quite a few hummingbirds while sat out - which added to the specialness of the whole place. Location in Coyoacan is super special - an oasis in the calm of Mexico City. Lots to see, do and eat locally with cheap taxis to take you into the centre of the city when you want to shift gears. 10/10 across the board. Would highly recommend.

Our stay at H21 was perfect. Can't say enough about how great the staff is. They helped us get to and from the airport to make our visit much easier. Their staff was very responsive and accommodating throughout the whole trip. I can't say enough good things about them. It was so easy to communicate with them in English and Spanish. The space was clean and very beautiful. The location can't be beat in the hear of Coyoacan.

H21 Hospedaje Boutique far surpassed our expectations. The staff (Claudia, Jessica and Lilleth) welcomed us and made our stay there so very special. Claudia noticed from my passport that it was my birthday and sent up a beautiful and delicious dessert with a handwritten card. Jessica went above and beyond to make our stay amazing and Lilleth greeted us in the morning with a warm smile and hot espresso in their kitchen area. I would highly recommend staying at H21 and will stay there my next visit to Mexico City.

We stayed at H21Hospedaje Boutique for 5 nights. From the moment we entered we were takin care of. The people at the hotel have hospitality down to a T. Everything was perfect. From coffees made to perfection for us in the am to fruit and snacks available at all times of the day. Interior of our suite had everything one would need. Extremely clean and special details throughout. Our travel arrangements were prepared for us from airport before we arrived and to airport when we were ready to depart. The hotel itself is in a perfect location. We were able to walk everywhere, from historical parks and church’s, to Frida’s casa azul and all places in between. The neighborhood is very safe from all hours of day and night. Again, I must say all the help, Gloria, Melody, and others made us instantly feel at home. We will be back and this is the only place you will find us in all of the Mexico City area! Thank you Coyoacán!
