I spent a second week here, and although I would still recommend it. I did use the hotel gym room this time and was a little disappointed because the wipes for wiping off the machine were not in their dispenser and I had to keep working to open and close the bag that they were in, and the distilled water machine was broken and they didn't know when it would be fixed. However, I will say that the management did take care of another concern I had immediately and were as commodating as they could be and very friendly.

We got in late and the heat/air unit would not work. We were very tired so did not call to report as we knew we would have to change rooms and we were already settled in. We did report when we left.

Won’t be back.
Its an okay place to sleep if you’re there 1-2 nights, any more than that and they make you feel like a burden. They say to ask for room service if you need it and then complain that you ask for it. They also don’t honor “do not disturb” signs on the doors. We had to switch rooms at 11 pm one night because they put us in the wrong room that someone had already booked. Another night we were locked out of our room until 2:30 am because the battery died in the door. We ended up sleeping in the lobby until they let us borrow a room until we get back into ours. The “AGM” as she referred to herself was extremely rude- she pulled me off the side to go off on me when I wasn’t even aware of any issues. The commissary area was pretty much empty for our entire stay, breakfast was mediocre at best- they didn’t have much to offer as they were out of a lot. Oh- and they blamed my toddler for putting things down the toilet when it was in fact a sick adult who clogged the toilet. That was humiliating to be yelled at about it in front of people. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Housekeeping was friendly. The night shift workers were nice, but that “AGM” during the day- she’s rude. She was even mean to the girl she was training.

This stay was good for the bed and room cleanlines
So it was not the staffs fault however at 6AM THE FIRE ALARM woke all of us up Apparently someone had an incident with the microwave that’s what I was told. Last night as I was coming back the the property I pulled up to the fire alarm going off around 8pm… The word was that Someone was smoking in their room….

Gross. Found nail clippings and a dead bedbug on the carpet next to the bed. Shower floor was filthy. Staff compensated me with enough points for a free stay.

Okay
The on-line reviews were very misleading. One site raved about its free breakfast, about the cleanliness and the front desk. All of these were very misleading. The reception was excellent. The breakfast was close to average, almost. Carpeting, all inclusive, was badly in need of cleaning and repair. It was quiet and there were many fast food places very close by.
