Disappointed by the initial lack of communication and gracious behavior which impacted my stay. I was not aware of the amenities except what I had read on line. The manager did not ask how I heard of The George. This was a touch point. Very quick to state there was no where to store my bags since I arrived early. I did not ask you to store my bags. I felt less than and pushed out the door for a bridal shoot that was taking place. I rememeber how you made me feel. And I had to pay for that experience. A tour of the facility when I returned would have been appreciated. I discovered a few amenities when I asked for a bottle of water. The George uses a filtered water station (which is awesome). The front desk attendant told me it was by the elevator. I had been climbing up and down the stairs since I had been entering the front of the property and did not know there was an elevator. The last issue was with the heat in the room. The front desk turned on the air con to cool it down, told me it was fixed until I woke up in the middle of the night and was back to where we started. Good news, I knew the right buttons to push to bypass the heat.
