It's a B&B , not a hotel
Because we were going to arrive in Szczecin early, we asked the hotel serval times for early check, but we never hear back from hotel. Then we got the text around 10 am after we had just landed in Szczecin airport, I thought this meant we can check in early ? But when we arrive hotel around 12pm, the staff told us the room wasn't ready. So we wait until 2 pm to get the room. The TV was broken in the room, so we have to switch the room. But in the new room there was a spider web on the ceiling.
The breakfast was ok, but you might have to go in early. Because they won't refill the food tray when it's empty. At least when I asked the staff to refilled the salad tray. She told me there is no more for today.
And there is no much service at here. Because the staff told me the are actually a B&B, not a hotel. but on the internet they advertise as a hotel. we stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, they only cleaned the room on the second night, all they did was changed the sheets and take out the garbage.
The location was good, it's in the old town. you can see a lot nice building and super close to the castle.
