Decided to stay here for the night during our family weekend trip due to its connivance/walkability to stores and restaurants. Pros: Front desk attendant was friendly, bed was comfortable, hotel is in a ideal location, called the front desk for a extra blanket and it was brought up to us quickly Cons: Vallet service was rude. Parking for the hotel is vallet only and $40 a day. Vallet attendant got an attitude when we said we'd go park somewhere else. We ended up parking 2 streets away at a parking garage that's $5 a day (much better than the $40 a day at the hotel). We were put in a room on an upper floor by the elevator and were woken up 3x during the night from loud guests blasting music and yelling in the hallways. One of these times (around 2am) we called the front desk, but a couple hours later it happened again. The hotel door also doesn't fully close--there is a 1-2 inch gap from the bottom of the door to the floor where someone could slip something through if they wanted (this probably contributed to the noise issue). Light from the hallway shown through it during the night and it was annoying given where the bed is positioned. The shower and toilet are also in separate rooms and neither have a locking mechanism on the door.

A great place to stay. From the concierge, to the valet parking attendants, room service staff, and breakfast crew, you will not find a more pleasant, helpful, friendly, or welcoming group of people. I loved my stay and will be recommending for sure.

It was great! There were no extra sheets for the couch but we asked the front desk and they delivered them quickly

The room was very comfortable and appreciated the separate toilet from shower, however the shower door allowed water to leak onto the floor mat. Appeared to be a design flaw for the door and not sealing properly. Also, there was a cool little reading corner with a chair near the window. However, the lamp behind the chair could not be plugged in because no outlets were anywhere near it. Learned from others their rooms were the same way.

An added stop to a longer trip, we chose Springhill Suites Savannah for our stay to explore the histric city. A nice location being located to the historic downtown. Our room was clean, comfortable and we enjoyed the fridge, micro and seating area. We appreciate the free WIFI.
