Typical Hilton brand clean, comfortable, but a no frills hotel at least for Hilton. Newer well maintained building in a quiet, safe area with free parking. Good price, comfortable beds, quiet…great for a one night stay while traveling down I-40. Best part of my stay was the lady at the front desk, kind, sweet, gave me a couple Tylenol from her purse when I discovered they ran out in their vending area.

Smelly Pet Friendly hotel

It is a pet friendly hotel, but that doesn't mean it has to be smelly. Every time the AC comes, pet smell was so strong and the overall the room smelled was not so fresh. Broken hair dryer could not be replaced because they do not have any extras. Hard to believe they do not anticipate something like this. I have to make several more trips to Amarillo by end of this year but I will not be back to this hotel.

Eclectic feel. Very efficient. Clean. Shower/body wash/haircare/soap all very nice. Real butter, not margarine in breakfast line up. Great coffee. Nice ice set up. Pure filtered water available. Safe and convenient location.

Our hotel accommodations very clean.The colors and shapes of the window shades were jarring. (Reminiscent of the 60’s decor?) More soothing colors throughout the hotel would have been appreciated. The lobby was quite spacious and light. Did not shop nearby. The staff were always very knowledgeable and pleasant but sometimes hard to find. For example, in the morning there were guests lined up at the front ready to check out and no one was there. I had to ask the staff in the morning to fill or replace the coffee and/or tea because the canisters either were empty or the contents lukewarm. The beds were quite comfortable. Air conditioning worked fine. Location of the hotel was great for easy on/off the freeway and there was loads of retail available very near by. The rate was reasonable though I didn’t realize when I booked that I would not earn my points since I inadvertently booked through a third party. The internet worked fine. As our stay was very brief, there is nothing else to report. The quality of the breakfast was adequate, nothing special or different. Toasting bread was a challenge. The toaster was outdated and inadequate in size. It truly needs replacing as people gave up with the long wait. As always, I Appreciated the complimentary bottles of water upon arrival and the next morning I filled my empty bottles from the dispenser (nice touch) but questioned the quality of the water from the dispenser as the taste was awful. I did ask but was it really filtered water?

Causa mala impresión el lobby de entrada y la recepción del hotel ya que parece un stand de tienda de conveniencia que vender chicles y papitas y no la recepción de un hotel Hilton además la presentación de las empleadas descuidadas para un hotel Hilton (mezclilla, camisetas, tennis) también molesta que no hagan la limpieza de los cuartos , sin toallas limpias ni arreglar la cama,no se si sea por ahorro de energía o agua pero deberían informar al llegar y no causar disgusto al regresar al cuarto y encontrarlo sucio, lo único que está genial es que el desayuno aún sigue sirviéndose después de las nueve y no lo apresuran a uno a terminar siendo muy amables el personal de la cocina amable y gentil con los huéspedes que se nos hizo tarde para desayunar eso se aprecia mucho en comparación con otros hoteles que lo dejan sin comer exactamente a las 9 y lo corren del comedor groseramente no siendo este el caso .
