Hervorragende Unterkunft mit herausragender Lage direkt am Meer mit grandiosem Ausblick über die Bucht. Sehr nette Gastgeberin! Auch wenn die Unterkunft selbst kein Frühstück mehr anbietet, besteht die Möglichkeit, dieses ohne Probleme im nahegelegenen Hotel zu bekommen (ca. 5 Min zu Fuß).

Everything was good. Bedroom was clean and comfortable and large. Hostess was friendly and helpful. It was a lovely rural location. We hadn’t realised that breakfast wasn’t included but there were a couple of places to eat down the road, so no problem.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated; the views were stunning and our host went above and beyond to make us comfortable, picking us up from the ferry and doing our laundry for us. Love this place!

Beautiful views and position. Great friendly hostess, bent over backwards to ensure our stay was superb. Thank you so much for that. Decor of room outstanding. The art gallery was a bonus, which wasn't expected. Would definitely stay again.

knoydart is not a guest house, there is no common room, the accommodation is a room with ensuite. although there is tea and coffee facilities in the room there is no breakfast served. the host is very helpful but finding early morning breakfast is not that easy. we enjoyed our stay but if you desire more room to lounge and breakfast this may not be your choice.

Beautiful home on the ocean

The location is beautiful, the home modern and the host is so friendly (not to mention the chillest dog Brody who is just a handsome lad). There’s lovely little bar and restaurant a couple minutes up the road where you can grab dinner. Note - this part of the island is really away from it all which makes it wonderful. Just know you’re not staying in a big town

Knoydart, Sleat peninsula, Skye

Julia is a charming and gracious hostess. She is a talented painter too and her dog Brody complements the friendly atmosphere. The views from Knoydart of the ageless mountains of the mainland, across the wide expanse of water, are simply mesmerising. The room we had was very small though.

Das war unsere erste Reise nach Scotland und ich bin davon ausgegangen , dass B&B mit Frühstück ist. Da auch in anderen Bewertungen über Frühstück gesprochen wurde. Fotos haben auch den Eindruck gemacht, dass es mit Küchen Bereich und Esszimmer ist. Das war für uns eine Enttäuschung, da die Möglichkeiten zum Frühstück nicht zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Also ist es nur Übernachtung, mit sehr nette Besitzerin und schönen Ausblick.

Die Einrichtung bezeichnet sich als B&B, bietet aber weder Frühstück an, noch kann die Kücheneinrichtung genutzt werden. Zimmer sehr klein. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht angemessen. Julia allerdings zeigte sich sehr hilfsbereit.

A beautiful location with a friendly welcome and of course stunning views over the Sound to Knoydart. The house is immaculate and close to some good walks and a great bike ride to Tarskavaig over the pass. The breakfast was good and the local pub is just a 5 minute walk away.

Julia (The owner) was fantastic with the care and planning for our comfort. She explained everything well, and the room came equipped with everything we could have needed. Julia's dog was an absolute pleasure to be around and was so friendly, and arguably one of the best bits of staying here. The bathroom was a tad small for us, however it does the job and you can only do so much with the space given. Again, otherwise we great stay and would definitely recommend this property to anyone considering staying. All the best to Julia and her dog Brodie :)
