This was one of the worst trips I have ever had. My allergies were flaring up due to the cat infestation surrounding the property. Thankfully, I had my medication with me; otherwise, I would have ended up in the hospital. This issue needs to be addressed, and overall, the property is quite old.

Very difficult to get reservations for restaurants. The Japanese restaurant smelled like a sewer and was nearly inedible. Buffet was fine but it was hard to get drink service. Rooms were clean and big.

It would be great if management could consider offering some flexibility or partial refunds when guests have to miss nights due to unforeseen circumstances. Guests aren’t just paying for the room, but also the overall experience, food, and amenities so a little accommodation in these situations would go a long way.

BEWARE !!!! This property was the worse I ever been to. Upon arrival, we were told to wait for the room which we were told we were gonna have to pay an extra fee for a room upgrade or we were gonna have to wait longer than we already have to get assigned a room. Which we had to do to being exhausted that caused an extra $120. The property is very outdated , Most staff are very rude and unaccommodating. The golf carts to take you around the property take forever & drop you off at wrong locations and the room and restaurants were filled with roaches. When going to one of the restaurants Maiko the hostess was disgusting , It stinks of dirty mop water and they were dropping cooking utensils and silverware on the floor and still using them. This is the worst resort I’ve ever been to and I would not recommend or be back to this disgusting rude low class dirty property and the crawling friends that they did not fumigate like they said they would. It was miserable.

Fue fatal las pólizas del hotel no dejan entrar con nadie ni para poder pagarle una habitación la atención muy mala le hablabas a las personas y no te respondían en recepción mala atención y personas incompetentes que no saben hacer su trabajos puertas rotas, la caja fuerte no funcionaba, los bufet terrible el personal no volvería ni recomendaría este hotel, en un restaurante de reserva no me dieron la mesa hasta que no llegaron los demás en fin desastroso. Deberían mejorar un montón de cosas para decir que son un hotel 5 estrellas.

The place was very clean. There was no major flaws in the room itself. Air conditioner was good a problem with the hot water, but nothing crazy place is really big and they do have some restrictions depending on which resort that you pick within the bigger area very hard to get reservations for the restaurant And then you have to be careful once you get one you’ll get a menu but then if you want extra stuff like a steak or lobster, they’re gonna charge you extra and it was overpriced staff was super friendly, and the buffet was pretty good. Overall was a good experience. Had a great time.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. From the front desk receptionists to the waiters, everyone was curtious and friendly The resort offers a wide variety of restaurants serving mouth-watering dishes. The buffet options were impressive, and the à la carte restaurants were exceptional. My junior suite was spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed. The resort offers a range of activities, including water sports, and live entertainment.

The resort is attached to a bunch of other resorts. When you book your restaurants, some of them have children, so you are thinking you are doing adult only, but you are really not. Also, we found blood on our bedsheets. None of the restaurants had air conditioning. The only thing that had AC was in our hotel rooms. Everything is extremely spread apart and you have to take golf carts to get everywhere, but the wait time for them could be pretty lengthy at times. There are solicitors throughout the hotel. The bartenders and entertainers were great.
