The airport pick up was late. We had to call the manager to as there was no car or driver at the airport, we had a midnight flight and had notified the hotel about our itinerary three days before our arrival.
At the hotel, they claimed we they did not have our booking! We had to fish out our phones, somehow get the internet, and show them the confirmation email. However, as a sign of remorse on their side, we were given an extra hour of stay as we had checked in late.
