Good location. Convenient for transportation. Very nice given the neighborhood, with all amenities onsite. The staff was very helpful and I was always able to get the response in time. I stayed at the property over night and really satisfied with my experience. Five star place.

If you expect a clean and tidy, large space for accommodation, this will meet your needs. In a convenient community, there are large shopping malls downstairs, and a subway station can go to the exhibition hall in just 2 minutes. You can also walk over, about 10 minutes. 일단 찾아가기 진짜 너무 힘들었어요.. 중국인 친구 통해서도 겨우 찾아감. 주변은 쇼핑몰에 마트에 음식점에 지하철에 그거 하나는 정말 좋았는데.. 숙소는...... 일단 외관상으로는 깨끗해보이는데... 침대 시트에 자국도 너무 많고.. 매트리스 꺼져있고, 바퀴벌레.... 정말... 다양한 연령대의 바퀴들을 보았어요... 남자들은 어느정도 잘 있을수있을꺼같은데... 여자들은...조금 힘들꺼같아요... 호스트랑 청소해주시는 아주머니는 엄청 친절했어요 말 안통해도 잘 웃어주셨어요

The photos on wotif are really misleading. I booked this apartment as it looked modern, clean, well equipped and non-smoking. Well, we were really disappointed at our arrival as it is the complete opposite. The bed sheets smelled like a mix of an old dog and cigarette smoked. There were big spots of mold on the ceiling, the gas stove didn't work, there was not decoration like the photos show and the cleaning service didn't come one day. I can go on but I think you get the picture. This only positive thing about this apartment is its location. It is only 4-5 minutes walk to the subway, 1 stop away from Canton Fair, and many restaurants around.

ホテルというよりウィークリーマンションに近いです。旅行出発前にホテル側と連絡をとり場所を確認しておくことをおススメします。 エクスペディア掲載の住所は、ムムホテル周辺一帯の住所です。ロケーションはかなりよいところにあります。受付や看板はありません。 駅からすぐのマクドナルドが入っている複合施設と同じマンション群にあります。 IMAXシアターが入っている複合施設が大きな道路を挟んで向かいにあります。 空港から最寄駅までは地下鉄では9元。タクシーで空港からムムホテルまで150元くらいの位置。ホテルの場所がわからず結局ホテル周辺を200元の料金になるまで彷徨いました。タクシーから降ろしてもらったところからホテルを探して歩くこと2.5時間。インターコンチネンタルホテルに辿り着き、コンシェルジュの方に、エクスペディア掲載の電話番号に電話してもらいました。ムムホテルの方にインターコンチネンタルホテルまで向かいにきてもらいました。 部屋の鍵は暗証番号入力式です。毎日暗証番号は変わります。we chatアプリの会話機能で新しい番号を教えてくれます。チェックイン以降はwe chatアプリで管理人の方とはやり取りをしました。 立地は素晴らしいです。高層ビルで景色も最高。部屋の中もIKEAの家具がおいてありオシャレです。バスタオル、フェイスタオルは人数分置いてあります。アメニティは、歯ブラシ、くし、カミソリが置いてあります。Wi-Fi完備。 一度勝手がわかるとまた利用したくなるホテルです。ありがとうございました。

Great location but not recommended
We booked two one-bedroom apartments. One was OK. The other had problems. The bed had a terrible smell, either smoke or body odor. After complaining they did replace the sheets and comforter but those also had the bad smell. Each night I heard (and felt) a jackhammer until 9 pm. An adjacent building was under construction. After complaining they told us they are allowed to work overtime until 10 pm. Several walls had holes and stains. The bathroom was usable but a little dirty. The hot water at the sink was just a trickle while was fine at the shower. In the morning you often couldn't get an elevator going down. Once they are full from adding people at the upper floors, they no longer stop. A nice bonus was the washing machine. You can't beat the location, just one subway stop from the Canton Fair complex.

Very nice hotel and beautiful landlord! Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Guangzhou. Note, this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. Here is a true sample of excellent hospitality!

Close to Canton Expo Center (1 station away)
Expect an apartment community with no lobby area. More of an Air BnB type. 1. We arrived the premise around midnight, the cab driver do not know where to go as there is no hotel name nor lobby area. It will be frustrating for non-chinese speaking guests. 2. You have to call the phone number provided for the receptionist to pick you from wherever you are and bring you to the premise. (i'm not sure can he speak english as we spoke Chinese to him) 3. However, it is filled with eateries downstairs, you do not need to worry about food nor drinks nor midnight hunger pangs. 4. The bed is a tad bit too hard...don't jump on it, you might break 'it' - i'm referring to your chest bones not the bed. 5. They clean the room everyday but change the towels every alternate days. 6. The receptionist are really helpful, we can't seem to get a taxi to the airport and called them for help, they called the taxi and personally came to escort us (making sure that the taxi got to the right place)
