La principal fortaleza del Hotel es su personal, todos ellos son súper amables, desde el Valet, recepción y el personal de limpieza, nos sentimos súper atendidos. Al hotel le hace falta mucho mantenimiento en las habitaciones, algunos muebles están oxidados o con falta de pintura. El Internet es malísimo, con muchísima intermitencia, y a pesar de reportarlo nunca hubo solución alguna. Te ofrecen late check out de 2 horas por 150 USD, donde generalmente es cortesía del huésped. Las fotos publicadas sorprenden, pero la relación valor/precio es muy mala. .,, en fin, ya aprendí en no basarme en las fotos para decidir mi estancia

Wanted to give a room without any daylight windows, needed to pay more then 500$ extra for an upgrade to have a room with windows. Charged multiple times for Valet parking while not used, after calls still not solved so now escalated to the credit card company, extreme bad service!

I like how the hotel is set up its is very romantic and couples friendly. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. My one complaint is that the bell boys did not do their job at all, I can count on my hand the number of times the door was opened for me and my wife with 4 guys standing outside on their phones. I was a vip customer but did not recieve that treatment at all times.

I recently stayed at the OLV Hotel with my sister, and while we appreciated the beauty of the property and found our room to be quite lovely, we unfortunately experienced a significant issue during our stay that I feel needs to be addressed. During our time in the room, we encountered repeated problems with the air conditioning system shutting off without our knowledge. As a result, the room became extremely humid, causing moisture to build up on the floors and walls. This created a slippery and unsafe environment, and both my sister and I slipped and fell multiple times. Thankfully, we did not suffer serious injuries, though we came very close to hitting our heads. We initially reported this concern to a front desk receptionist, who assured us that the matter would be escalated to management and that an incident report would be filed. However, when we followed up the next day, no one at the desk had any record of our report. We informed a second receptionist, who again assured us that she would follow up, but we never received any further communication or resolution. This lack of follow-through was disappointing, especially considering the potential for injury. We hope the hotel will take this matter seriously to ensure that proper safety measures are in place and that future guests do not face similar risks.
