Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs
Our stay at Serdika Rooms was a disaster from start to finish. When we arrived, there was no one at reception to greet us, leaving us stranded with no assistance. The contact numbers provided were completely useless—none of them connected us to anyone who could help.
In the end, it was other guests (who were also in a similar situation) who showed us the rooms, which were nothing like what we had booked. The accommodations were far below expectations and utterly disappointing. We decided to leave and stay at another hotel instead.
When I returned to the hotel to try and resolve the matter, the staff member I spoke to falsely claimed that no payment had been taken. However, payment had clearly been processed. Since then, the hotel has refused to engage with booking platforms like Expedia or Hotels.com to issue a refund, which is a blatant violation of their policies.
The service here is non-existent, the management is dishonest, and the entire operation feels incredibly unprofessional. Save yourself the stress and avoid this place entirely.
