Very friendly and helpful front desk employee. He kindly helped us store luggage at check-out so we could attend a booked tour. He also booked us a taxi to take us to the bus station when we got back so we would not waste any time. He made our departure day so efficient!

The hotel is well located and our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast included was good. However, the service was disappointing. First, we arrive between the check-in hours and there was nobody to welcome us. It was raining, we were hungry and we wanted to go visit the town, but we were stocked with our luggages. The wifi was not working (as it is only working in the bedroom), so we could not write to the hotel. We asked a local to call the number left on the door, but no one answer either. A bit more than an hour later, we found someone. She told us that we should have received an email with the number of our room (we did not). Next morning, breakfast was served between 8 to 10 am. 7 minutes before 10 am, when we were finishing our coffee, they closed all the lights. Also, no one was at the reception for checkout. For these reasons, we do not recommend this hotel. The town is very small, so every hotels are well located. You can definitely get better for the price.

Agréable séjour malgré la pluie

Ca été très compliqué de trouver l'emplacement de l'hôtel (mon gps ne fonctionnnant pas, hélas dans ce pays). La route est super étroite pour 1 seule voiture. Niveau accueil, Léona est super sympathique, accueillante, arrangeante. Sinon la chambre était très sympa, agréablement surpris par une cuisine en entrant. Salle de bains assez grande, literie assez confortable mais un peu dure. Gros bémol le manque de rideaux car il n’y a qu’un demi rideau qui ne sert à rien alors que sur les site c'est écrit rideaux opaques occultants. Obligés de coller des magazines pour ne pas être réveillés à 5h du matin. Petit déjeuner avec peu de choix pour nous français, plus axé sur pays de l'est. Séjour sympa dans l’hôtel grâce au côté typique de la ville.
