Comfy apt with a great location in St. John’s

Charming, comfortable and very functional apartment. Walking distance to lots of great restaurants and bars. Street parking was easy and convenient with the purchase of a day pass. I greatly appreciated Earl’s communication.

Water Street Harborgate Condo

The place was perfect. Very clean and comfortable in every way. We were so central to everything and the communication as to where to go and what to do for entertainment and eating was excellent.

Cute & Cosy - Would book Again

I was really happy with the unit. It was very cute and quite comfortable. The host was very responsive, and it was in a great location. Check in was also super easy and they even offered me early check-in without me even asking for it. Unfortunately, i wasn't able to get on the wifi in my 3rd floor unit but it wasn't an issue for me as I have lots of data. I did notice some cracks in the tiles and general wear and tear issues but they were minor and did not impact the overall appearance or the comfort of the unit.

The condo on Harbour St was in excellent condition and exyremely clean. Comfortable beds and pillow. Communication with Earl was great. Would highly recommend. The comment I would make, is the pictures show both units. One must be located on Water Street and the other on Harbour Street. Not to sure. The unit we reserved showed pictures that were not where we stayed. Having said that, the unit was amazing, very clean and totally perfect for 2 people.

We were so impressed by this suite! It was everything we hoped for being very clean, quiet and a great location close to downtown. The bed was arguably the comfiest we have ever slept in. The check-in/put was easy and the host was very helpful with suggestions on things to do. All in all it was an experience to remember. Thank you !

Good unit but beware of the location

The room was comfortable, but the location of the condos on the booking service was misleading. The map only shows one location, but the condos can be as far as 15 minutes away on foot. As I received the exact booking information only one day before check-in, it was impossible to take any action about it. Additionally, the information about different locations, along with a vague description of the distance, was only provided after agreeing to pay for the entire stay. The owner was very kind to offer to cover morning and evening taxi costs to and from the venue I wished to walk to. However, this was an enforced solution unsuitable for me. Also the fridge inside the studio was so loud, a newer and quieter appliance is a must

Very clean and quiet. Very comfortable bed and great instructions from Earl on all the operating instructions to enjoy our stay. Centrally located around restaurants and walkable to all the local landmarks. Thanks Earl for making our first visit to St. John’s such a memorial experience.

Best place to stay!

The unit had everything we needed and was clean, spacious and very conveniently located to restaurants, shops and the convention site. Communication with the host was easy and informative!

The 3 bedroom condo was fantastic! Was so comfortable and clean. Was walking distance to Water Street and George Street. Loved our stay. Earl made is so easy to book and answered any questions we had.

All 6 of us thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. I would tecommend this location. Eating in the atea was close. Very close for a walk along the water. Earl was amazing even offering ideas for our next stop at Trinity.

Simply Awesome!

I would live in this condo! It is extremely clean, everything you need for cooking is there, bed is comfortable, location is the best and felt safe the whole time. I would book again in my next visit. Show cozy and exactly as described!

Quick walk to tons of live music. Even for something further away, cheap Ubers readily available. Beds were good, kitchen was well equipped, good showers etc. 2 bedrooms made it so we could cost share and have an affordable place close to everything.
