I did booking for 2 Oyo rooms(my aged parents,me & my wife) from hotels.com . Below reservation Id

When we checked in at 10:00PM the manager firstly refused saying that they have no information on our booking. He just put the blame on hotel.com/Oyo for not informing them.I spent an hour calling multiple times Oyo customer care to confirm my booking.When Oyo confirmed that they had already received my booking details,the hotel manager refused to pick up the call & started abusing the online portals for not paying dues to the hotel.Online portals cheat them paying only half money etc.
Finally he agreed us for checking.During that time when I asked him the breakfast time(I had complimentary breakfast with my booking),he clearly refused. He told me if I claim breakfast he won't allow me to check-in.As it was already late in night ,I had no other options but to stick to his terms.
The real scene happened once we reached the room. It was very dirty,spotty bedsheets,no toiletries and importantly geyser &TV was also not working in one of the rooms. He told since you are from the same group ,you can share for both the rooms.
In the morning, he tried to force me to book a cab from him for city ride at a much higher rate .When I booked a cab for my city tour from outside,he threatened the cab driver to go away as that was his area.
We finally left that hotel in the 2nd night itself & shifted to a nearby hotel for another night.
