It’s an open concept hotel. You can look down the balcony to the reception area. My family and I didn’t sleep at all. The noise from the reception echoes to the rooms and the doors are glass. Not soundproof. It was a sleepless night.

A bed two end tables and a closet dresser in room. There was a safe in the room with no instructions. Parking was 3 blocks away. Room was quite warm for me to sleep and fan did not help.

Habitación en el lobby? mala idea!

En general bien, excepto que la habitación del primer día estaba justo fuera del la sala del lobby, era de suponerse que el ruido era constante, no tenia ventanas y la única ventilación natural era abrir la puerta y dejar que todo mundo volteara hacia dentro....pedí cambio de habitación y muy amablemente accedieron. Creo que muchas de sus habitaciones carecen de ventanas... El pan del desayuno continental, insípido. Un simple pan de mejor sabor dejaría clientes contentos.

Falta espiritu de servicio y educacion de algún personal recepcion y valet parking. Terrible una de las habitaciones ocupadas con cucarachas. Otra dejaron las cama sin sábana. Carece de facilidades y seguridad para adultos mayores. No ponen agua para beber diariamente.

La terraza está agradable y las bebidas muy buenas. Tienen opciones para desayunar, comer y cenar. La habitación que me tocó estaba muy caliente. La cama no estaba muy cómoda; el agua de la regadera se filtraba demasiado y corría hasta el pasillo del cuarto. Algunas zonas del cuarto les faltaba más limpieza.
