There is no parking facility at all. They believe all Indians arrive by flight only to their hotel Also they do not serve fresh tea and coffee. You need to put Nescafe powder in milk stating it as coffee and making it yourself. There in no concept of ginger in the Tea. Welcome drink was kept when people were at the checking out so they should name is as goodbye drink. One of the items in the breakfast was Maggie. Bedsheets of the rooms were never changednor the comforter covers. There was a used earbuds lying on the floor of the room which was never picked up by the house cleaning facility. No cleanliness. Hot water didn't come for 1 day. No concept of giving hairdryers. All Delux rooms have different interiors and sizes so people end up getting jealous of each other that one got bigger delux room one got smaller delux room. Very pricy with less facilities.

Not opened yet!
This hotel was new, not even finished building yet. There are some power cut occasionally for a short time.
But the location was not too bad, only take 3minutrs to the beach. Room itself was good, but hopefully they will polish the customer service skills in the future.
